The only highlights were a couple of pleasant bar staff and our wonderful driver, Rubik (recommended by the hotel). He saved our trip, allowing us to spend as little time at the hotel as possible—we didn't even stay for their late breakfast.
Don’t be fooled by the pictures or glowing reviews—this hotel was a major mistake. It’s set in a beautiful forest, yes, but the road to get there is horrendous (a fact they did not inform us about until taking full, non-refundable payment). The reviews are clearly written by backpackers; it is entirely unsuitable for regular travelers. Our standard double room (there was no word “budget” in the description) room was damp, bare, and unwelcoming —wire dry-cleaning hangers, no in-room coffee, and breakfast (in a place in the middle of nowhere, with bad access road), not served until 9:30 AM. Customer service was unhelpful and ignored our inquiries. I have noticed that the management always defensively dismisses all critical reviews, not accepting any responsibility whatsoever.
I’m posting this to warn future travelers, not to help them improve.
This is the lesson for me for the future to look at the negative reviews too, however few.
The location is amazing, we really enjoyed everything.
Not the property’s fault, but the road from Dilijan to the property is mostly unpaved and quite rough, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to ride into town several times during your stay.
Also, if you need a reliable and consistent internet connection, keep in mind that the Wi-Fi here isn’t perfect. The cellular signal was also very weak, coverage from all three carriers was barely available.
Peaceful and quiet area to decompress in nature next to a flowing calming river.
Food was very good!
I came by car. And regretted it. I think it is not for sedan, only 4wd can safely do it. When i shared with reception manager, he siggested that i have poor driving skills. Was not a happy first encounter))
Then he asked me to sign a paper where it was stated what kind of fine i would have to pay if i touched animals etc… did not feel very wafm or soulful. i am afraid…
Such a serene and zen place. It’s amazing for few days. The territory is beautiful. Although there is not much to do. Good they are building a SPA (hopefully with massages). I would go every day to the town (35-40 min walk across the forest, lovely or 15 min by taxi) to local restaurants.
The staff was amazing! The food was like mom’s…homie and delish.
The rooms are very basic, but beds are comfortable.
A wooden chair on the terrace (one attached to each room) It’s the best place to sit and enjoy the view….Although not on these chairs.

Exceptional location, if you into nature and calm atmosphere thats the place. Stuff is brilliant for that place, if you looking for them they are always near you if you not they don't interact unnecessarily. First time in this place gonna visit again for sure.
Situation with water, bathroom have only some amount of water and then you need to wait this fill up again. It's not a big deal if there is only shower but if you see a bath and can't use it thats not "good" thing to experience 😉
It is an absolutely beautiful hotel in the most gorgeous location surrounded by nature. There are lots of animals and a lake and the rooms are comfy and clean, with smart TVs and a bath tub if that’s what you like :) the food was fresh and delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
