Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Fußgängerzone neben dem Kanal ist bezaubernd.
Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal.
Großes Bett und großes Zimmer, das Haus ist sehr prachtvoll.
Das Frühstück war gut.
Großes Fenster zum Nachbarhaus, welches man nicht öffnen konnte. Dadurch war das Zimmer Nr. 3 sehr dunkel.
Die Lamellen Schiebetür zum Bad nicht Geräusch,-und Geruchssicher.
Es fehlt ein Badehandtuchhalter für das nasse Handtuch zum Trocknen.
Vriendelijk personeel en keurige kamer
Even though there were a lot of people outside sitting near the Gracht in the Café, it was very quiet and well isolated - even while a festival was going on and the Café was packed.
The room was really spacious and had a lot of storage options. There was a mini- fridge to store small amounts drinks or food and an elevator available.
The whole room is very chic and tasteful decorated, the shower is very spacious and can easily hold 2 people. It was also nice being able to fastly access the Café or to be able to be in the city by stepping outside.
The location is very good situated to every major event that happened while we were there.
The Catshuis internet was really slow (less than 5mpbs). Streaming was not possible and we had to use our own internet volume, which was also very slow (probably a location issue, mobile data in 5G Vodafone+Odido). We would have wished a better WiFi as a hotel guest, especially since the mobile connection is not good in the location.
The TV`s HDMI Ports were not accessible , since the TV was mounted on the wall/cabinet. We tried Streaming on it with our accounts, but the internet also didn´t allowed for streaming, so we ended up using our laptop to watch stuff (on mobile data on the bed).
The only other thing we think other people wouldn´t like, is the "Open-Door-Policy" for the bath. The door is a foldable wooden Frame, with open blinds, that allow a minimum sight-protection. But in reality every sound and smell is transferred directly to the main-room (for which the AC can be utilised to provide fresh air; but since the windows don´t open you cannot let in fresh air that way). Since this could be a real stress-test for some couples we want to mention it.
A diffusor for the hair would also be nice.

Een geweldig hotel met bijbehorend restaurant waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Ligt midden in het centrum aan een gezellige gracht. Personeel was super en otbijt was heerlijk en heel ruim.

-die "Tür" zum Bad war keine Tür sondern nur ein "Gitter". Der Toilettengang war als würde mans direkt im Zimmer verrichten
Ontbijt was bovengemiddeld goed, een aanrader.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel, schoon, netjes, fris.
Zeer goed geïsoleerde kamer, geen herrie ondanks uitgaansgebied.

Na het douchen is de vloer nogal nat, een wisser zou handig zijn
Eigenlijk alles! Erg vriendelijk personeel (zonder uitzondering echt iederéén), uitstekende ligging, prachtige en schone kamer, heerlijk eten (zowel ontbijt, lunch als diner), ... Ik kan mij niet voorstellen dat iemand iets negatiefs zou kunnen bedenken. Bij ons was dit overigens ons tweede verblijf, en als wij weer een trip richting Leeuwarden ondernemen, zal dit hotel het eerste zijn waarbij wij zullen checken of er kamers beschikbaar zijn.
We hebben geprobeerd wat te bedenken, maar tevergeefs.
