Loved our time in Rimini

Pros:

The hotel is located very close to the first line, it's like 5-7 minutes of walking to the beach. People who maintain this property are very pleasant, my room was very clean and fresh, I felt safe living alone there. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Those who like high-tech modern style hotels might not enjoy property's more "retro" design, but I personally liked it.

Ottima posizione, proprietari molto gentili, buonissima e varia la colazione e dettaglio non da poco un piccolo frigo in camera vuoto, da riempire con acqua frutta ecc…

Cons:

Nulla, sarebbe stato il top avere a disposizione le bici a noleggio

Familiäres Hotel in Strandnähe
Pros:

Das Hotel wird von einem unglaublich sympathischen Ehepaar geführt, man fühlt sich gleich „zu Hause“. Strategisch liegt es ideal, in wenigen Schritte ist man auf der Promenade und auch am Strand. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, süß, herzhaft, Obst, Joghurt - da ist für jeden was dabei.
Die Matratzen sind kein bisschen durchgelegen und das Zimmer immer top sauber. Der Mini-Kühlschrank ist ebenso ideal im Sommer wie die Klimaanlage und der bestuhlte Balkon, der sogar eine Trockenmöglichkeit für Badezeug hat.

Cons:

Nichts zu meckern :-)

Short distance from the center and the beach. Lots of restaurants and caffees nearby.
Pros:

Location, staff. My room was good size, I liked the balcony. Good breakfast too. Good housekeeping.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.
There were not enough plugs in the room.

Nice little gem
Pros:

The hotel is nice little family gem and the owners are super nice. The room and the hotel itself are kept very clean (the rooms cleaned every day). We also had breakfast in small dining room next to the reception - mainly sweet options (we like having sweet breakfast), typically for Italy, but there were some savoury options as well. Everything we had was very tasty. The hotel cooperates with one of the beaches nearby (only few minutes away), so we got good price for 2 sunbeds and sun umbrella. All in all - we will be back.

Cons:

This is more of a comment than dislike: would be nice if the breakfast options would not be repetitive. All of those were tasty, however, after a few days, you wish there is also something different 🙂
