Pros:

Close to gate. Breakfast ok. Reception friendly and efficient.

Cons:

We stayed overnight ON PURPOSE, wanted to go to the city next morning (had 10 hours left before next flight). SURPRISE: from the hotel we could not go into OMAN. So total waste of money and time!!! SO VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I LITERALLY CRIED. Then we had to wait 10 hours in a boring lounge... $30 p.P. ... really horrible. Like being in jail in the departure terminal.

I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel and right after my flight (before crossing the passport control), I was not allowed to enter the hotel.

I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but nobody answered the phone. I also sent messages and received no response at all. As a result, I was left without any assistance or guidance.

Because of this, my reservation was completely wasted and I lost the money paid for the room. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. If access restrictions apply, guests should be clearly informed in advance, and the hotel should at least be reachable when problems arise.

I would not recommend this hotel.

Worthwhile stay to freshen up during a long transit in Muscat

Cons:

L'emplacement est horrible, si vous sortez de l'aéroport vous êtes considéré comme étranger et vous pouvez pas rentré dans l'hôtel c'est vraiment horrible, on avais passé la douane avec mon club humanitaire et le fait de l'avoir fait, fait que nous avons attendu 4h pour négocier et rentré a l'hôtel... aucun panneau pour nous prévenir, heureusement que la plus part d'entre nous parle arabe et anglais..vraiment super beau pays mais l'aéroport c'est vraiment une galère.
