Too comfortable for connections
It was more for convenience, as you do not have to go out or deal with immigration. One meal is included in the booking so you do not have to pay extra for a meal outside. We have a buffet breakfast, and it was great. Lovely and comfortable place to sit and enjoy the breakfast with family, free Wi-Fi, and good, comfortable seating to work on your laptop or just relax. Rooms were good and comfortable. Tip: Do not use your breakfast or dinner or lunch in the start if you have planty of time to spend. Use your six hours or 5 and half sleeping and go to restaurent at the last and spend good time there as that is not included in your 6 hours bookings.
Some reception staff were trying to be smart rather than informative.

Tegenvaller voor die prijs! Bed was verre van goed, kamer was niet heel schoon. Ontbijt was wel lekker en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Runway view geboekt maar was ook een tegenvaller. Je zag de start en landingsbaan niet perse
Onduidelijke kamer grootte, veels te hete douche en te koude airco die niet of nauwelijks aan te passen was.
Very convenient location (inside the transit zone of the airport); attentive staff, spacious room.
The bathroom was very strange: no privacy at all (instead of the wall, there was a see-through glass).
I was not aware that the hotel is located past the immigration gate, and my whole purpose of booking this accommodation was to have a comfortable rest place while waiting for my next flight. But because it was past the gate, I only got a chance to get into the hotel and take shower and go
Het ontbijt was voldoende. Luchthaven is niet erg groot maar je kunt er winkelen en goed eten. Personeel is supervriendelijk. De kamer was ruim, schoon en uitzicht op de startbaan.

Good beds! Quiet. Very happy that there is was a hotel in the transit area, so we could catch some sleep during our 45 hour journey.
At first glance it looked much more fancy than I expected, with all kinds of (complicated) gadgets like body jet shower heads in the shower wall, giant rain shower, 2 tv's and all kinds of buttons for lighting and AC. But no hair dryer...
The remote for one of the TV's didn't work, so I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to switch it off, same for the lights. Not very clear on how to switch them on/off.
The shower wasn't as clean as you might expect. There were still hairs from the previous guest(s) in the drainage. The shower looked super fancy, but the water pressure wasn't high enough for the body jets and rain shower, so the fancy options were not really usable.
But the all in all everything we really needed was there: The normal shower head worked fine,, so I had a nice long and hot shower, slept like a log in a big, clean comfortable bedand was able to make a cup of tea in the morning with the provided kettle.
