Hotel con encanto y con todas las comodidades
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, moderno y está muy limpio. La habitación estaba fenomenal. El personal muy amable. Un hotel muy completo.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó, que para llegar a la suite había un tramo de escaleras, incómodo para maletas y carros. Pero solo eso.

Hotel di grande valore.
Pros:

Hotel veramente molto bello e curato in ogni dettaglio. Camera ampia e servizi particolarmente completi. Ambienti comuni molto ben arredati e, in generale, ottima cura di tutto lo stabile. Esterni assai gradevoli, con piscine di diverso tipo e ampia zona relax. Colazione eccezionalmente varia e di ottima qualità e fattura. Ampio parcheggio, con due postazioni di ricarica per auto elettriche.

Une expérience qui aurait pu être parfaite
Pros:

L'environnement dans la nature, les installations de jeux pour les enfants en extérieur, les piscines et le restaurant.

Cons:

L'absence de Clim dans les chambres en pleine canicule c'est très désagréable, le manque de flexibilité, les horaires strictes appliqués (il faut être là à 19h pile pour le repas du soir et pour le check out à 10h30 on vient frapper à la porte pour sortir). Ce qui nous a un peu gâché notre expérience qui aurait pu être exceptionnelle car le cadre l'est vraiment. Nous conseillons tout de même pour ceux qui cherchent un bel hôtel aux dolomites.

Pros:

We really appreciated that the staff waited for us despite our late arrival, and we're very grateful for their kindness and understanding. The room was clean and well maintained.

On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the peaceful farm-like setting made the experience feel relaxing and unique.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality.

Cons:

The only downside was that the room was quite warm, and without air conditioning it wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped.
