Wow!! What a gem! Staff, location, rooms, service, breakfast- all world class! Haven’t been this pleased about our lodging choice in a verrry long time. Can’t recommend it enough!!

Très magnifique!
Pros:

El hotel es un edificio precioso, decorado con sumo gusto y conservando detalles originales que para los amantes de las antigüedades es una maravilla.
La habitación amplia, con temperatura perfecta, luminosa, la lencería impoluta y con espacio más que suficiente para dos personas.
La limpieza de las habitaciones, zonas comunes e instalaciones en general es impecable.
El desayuno, no esperes un buffet de resort, si buscas eso no es tu sitio. Pero si te gustan los productos caseros, de calidad y desayunar en un entorno tranquilo, te va a encantar.
En cuanto al personal, desde limpieza, recepción, sala e incluso de aquellos servicios que no hicimos uso, sólo podemos decir que su trato fue más que cordial, atendiendo nuestras peticiones y siempre disponibles.
Hemos estado alojados una semana en este hotel, que además de céntrico, dispone de transporte público cerca, buenos sitios para comer, pasear y disfrutar de lo que el barrio puede ofrecerte.
Como compañera del gremio, gracias por vuestro impecable trabajo y dedicación, no me cabe duda que en esta línea este hotel no hará otra cosa si no seguir creciendo. Aunque es de esas joyas que no te apetece que conozca tanta gente para guardarte el secreto del lugar 😉

Eigentlich alles! Ein schönes und elegantes Hotel mit Geschichte. Sehr gepflegt, das Personal überaus freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Der einzige Punkt betrifft die Zöliakie meiner Tochter: trotz Anmeldung der Problematik im Vorfeld, gab es zum Frühstück nur 3 Toastscheiben. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es auch noch andere GF Sachen gehabt hätte. Abgepackt wäre da einiges möglich, zb Brownies, Madeleines etc. Schade für meine Tochter, die sich über ein tolles Frühstücksbüffet sehr gefreut hätte.

Eher eine Enttäuschung!

Die Lage, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Wir waren jetzt zum 3. mal in dieser Unterkunft und das Bett war nicht mehr mit einer so tollen Bettwäsche überzogen und Kissen und Matratze waren richtig unbequem-kein vergleich zu 2018 und 2019 -gerade wegen des guten Bettes hatten wir das Hotel nochmals gewählt. Dann gab es auch keinen Kühlschrank mehr auf dem Zimmer und die Preise für die Getränke wie Wasser 7,00 Euro und ein kleines Cola 5,00 Euro waren nicht gerechtfertigt!!!

We had a lovely few days here and would highly recommend.
Pros:

The room was spacious and light and airy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was right in the heart of the old town so walking everywhere was easy.
