Eine Oase "mitten drin". Großzügige Raumangebot, in den Zimmern und im Empfangsbereich.
Sehr gute, leise und präzise Klimaanlage.

l'hôtel est très bien placé , calme et propre.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de room service dans la chambre et je n'ai pas pu monter un repas du restaurant dans ma chambre ... J'ai trouvé dommage de devoir commandé .
Etant seule à Strasbourg pour un déplacement professionnel j'ai trouvé très gênant de ne pas pouvoir avoir accès à ce service .
De plus ceci est un détail mais le shampoing et le gel douche était réuni dans un 2 en 1, dans un 4 étoiles on s'attend quand même à avoir un shampoing et un gel douche séparés.

Das Hotel hat ein Toplage. Zu Fuß ist alles sehr gut und einfach erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben schon einen stolzen Preis, dann für das SPA pro Person und Stund noch 15 Euro und für das Frühstück 25 Euro pro Person zu verlangen finde ich fast frech.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

sehr schönes Stadthotel in zentraler Altstadt-Lage mit großen sehr stilvoll ausgestatteten Zimmern. Durch die verkehrsberuhigte Lage ist das gesamte Umfeld sehr ruhig, zudem sind Attraktionen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Le Bouclier war eine sehr gute Entscheidung 😊

Lovely hotel with great staff
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel in good location, staff very responsive. Breakfast was pretty good. The hot buffet was small, and we would have preferred eggs cooked to order, but the cold and sweet buffet extensive and regularly replenished.

Disappointing
Cons:

There was one small bottle of water in the room and then you had to pay for it. The hotel was far to hot but when we asked they refused to turn the air conditioning on. We were told to keep the window open which we had done and there was noise outside until 4am. Whe we told the staff this they literally shrugged.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement.

Cons:

La réceptionniste nous annonce un surclassement à notre arrivée. Super !!! Malheureusement déçu par les prestations. Chambre à 17°, télévision en panne, paume de douche percée. Linge de lit malodorant. Salle de bain très peu équipée (petit bout de savon) pour deux. Dommage !!! On ne reviendra plus dans cet hôtel, mais vue le nombre de touriste....notre commentaire ne sera certainement pas utile à l'amélioration des prestations.

Pros:

Très belle expérience!! Tout le personnel sans exception (accueil, bar, restaurant ect) étaient d’une amabilité incroyable. Nous avons été parfaitement reçu et accueillis. L’hôtel est très bien placé, propre et très confortable. Séjour super, merci à toute les équipes.
