Most charming boutique hotel I have stayed in. Very quiet yet in a fabulous location of the old city.
The bed was extremely comfy and I slept like a lamb after travelling from Salzburg (and taking the wrong train connection from Munich). A couple of glasses of champagne in the bar of the hotel and I was human again.

Lovely property around a courtyard within easy reach of Petit France. Nice comfortable room and good size bathroom. The staff were all great and very welcoming.
Would have been useful to have a fridge in the room as it was extremely hot.

It was luxurious and the staff couldn’t have been more accomodating. Especially the woman who worked the evening shift. She went above and beyond and she should probably get a raise in salary.

The location is right in downtown, very convenient and close to everything.
The facility is charming, room was tastefully furnished and roomy. location excellent but still feels private, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, appreciated cappuccinos to order. The staff were all professional and warm. Wished we could have stayed longer!

En raison de sa petite taille, il n'y avait pas de coin repos (fauteuil) dans la chambre. Pas de wc séparé, pour la même raison. Tout le reste excellent.
The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Brendan! The location was quaint and quiet but still close to the action. The room and rest of hotel was just beautiful
The breakfast is completely overpriced and definitely needs more options.

Very clean, large Alpine-themed room with comfortable bed, good A/C, good TV with cable and apps, and a modern bathroom with a huge shower. Having an elevator was nice given that crazy spiral staircase. Staff very also very friendly and accommodating.
No real complaints, but a mini-fridge would have been nice.
