It’s in a good location, and the room itself was fine, staff were friendly
My room locked me out and I couldn’t reach anyone to help because they only have the manager, no reception. I had to sleep in my car for the night

We didnt even stay the night due to how bad it was
The room was not secure and bathroom was dirty and smelt so bad we left after less than hour being there no refund either
Very nice staff, in a good location. Not far from the town centre. Got free upgrade to our room. Very nice experience. Sure we will be back at some point.
Only small thing was no veggie cooked breakfast. Thought might be veggie sausages however I did request eggs on toast and this was promptly done.

Not as pictured. Quite in need of repair/updating. Would have felt uncomfortable with security if staying alone (no deadbolt, window lock felt flimsy).

The location to the centre of Bath was great. Not in walking distance for us but there was a bus stop 250 yards up the road that took you right to the centre
Us being a little bit on the large size, struggled with the size of the bed and it was soft but that's a personal thing

Mattress was not the best
The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were clean and comfy. The breakfast was average but more choice would have been preferable. There were no jams, marmite or marmalade on offer for toast and unfortunately only one choice of cereal. The cooked breakfast however was delicious.
The lodge is rather run down and in need of some serious tlc, broken windows, old fashioned decor, poor lighting. The lavatory filled up constantly once flushed so water was always running. Alot mentioned the good location however a 50 min walk to the town centre is not ideal.
Good for a one night stay. Easy bus route to go into Bath.

The property is a great location to catch the bus into the centre and easy as they are frequent. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful! I was able to collect my key earlier and head into the centre.
There were a few things in the bathroom that need to be fixed (slightly wobbly tile) but overall it was clean.
