Pros:

Очень понравилась территория на которой находится отель, невероятный старый лес , с потрясающим воздухом.Так же здесь находится летняя резиденция Николая 2 , которая сейчас на реконструкции.Большой плюс в том, что на территории возле отеля находится бювет с водой Боржоми.Сервис в отеле на хорошем уровне, все понравилось.Так же приятно удивил своей кухней ресторан на первом этаже, все было очень вкусно!

Cons:

Из минусов только то , что хотелось бы более благоустроенную территорию, там явно есть над чем поработать.

Nice location of the hotel.

Cons:

Historical building are not open to see!
Hotel is just in use, no repairs of the daily used things in Bathroom, nor in main rooms.
Bed was not really comfortable, to soft, not possible to sleep on belly side.
Health care is not up to date. Sad because all setup is giving, but not in right hands!

Tolle Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Leider entspricht das Hotel nicht den Erwartungen, die das historische Ambiente zunächst weckt. Das historische Gebäude kann nicht besichtigt werden, obwohl dies ein besonderes Highlight wäre. Insgesamt hat man den Eindruck, dass das Hotel lediglich betrieben wird, ohne ausreichend in Instandhaltung und Qualität zu investieren.
Im Badezimmer sowie in den Zimmern gibt es einige Mängel, die längst behoben werden sollten. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack viel zu weich, wodurch insbesondere das Schlafen auf dem Bauch kaum möglich war.
Auch der Wellness- bzw. Gesundheitsbereich wirkt nicht mehr zeitgemäß und könnte deutlich modernisiert werden.
Schade, denn die gesamte Anlage und das historische Flair hätten großes Potenzial. Mit mehr Engagement und einer besseren Führung könnte dieses Hotel ein wirklich besonderer Ort sein

Nice location of the hotel

Cons:

The historic building itself is not open for guests to explore, which was disappointing.
The hotel appears to be in use without proper maintenance. Several everyday fixtures in both the bathroom and the main room were in need of repair.
The bed was far too soft and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep, especially for someone who sleeps on their stomach.
The wellness facilities also felt outdated and were not maintained to a modern standard. It's a shame because the property has great potential, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be managed with the care it deserves.

Расположение, территория, бар (прекрасно поёт певец Отар), room-service, уборка номеров, reception и координатор Тамуна!!!!

Cons:

Паста с песто и паста с креветками в ресторане на G этаже - хотелось бы более классическую подачу и вкуснее.
