Nice area , nice pool and sauna, very friendly and helpful personal

Cons:

they have carpet floors , and they have specific smell when they old, as well they are look very dirty , basically they are clean but marks made them look dirty

Pros:

מלון מעולה, מפנק, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת, גם הארוחות (הצמחוניות שאכלנו) במסעדות היו טובות וטעימות. יש מרכז ספא מטורף עם כניסה חינם אבל לא ממש הספקנו.
נמצא בלב הטבע, נוף להרים. יש סופר צמוד למלון.
חדר מושלם וענק

Cons:

מרוחק קצת מהמרכז, ממליצה לקחת מונית ולא לנסוע עם הרכב כי קשה למצוא חניה.
המזרונים רכים מידי אבל בלילה השני אחרי שהחליפו לנו. ישנו בסדר.

Тихо в номере.

Cons:

В целом отель когда-то был пятёркой, но сейчас это троечка с натяжкой. Многое требует ремонта и замены. В душевой кабине отсутствовал трапик слива, сам поддон душа такое ощущение что в любой момент может проломиться. Ковровое покрытие затёртое. Спа нужно как следует вымыть, в Стимрум пахнет как в раздевалке. Персонал холодно сдержан.

Pros:

Большой отель, расположенный в очень красивом месте, посреди лесов, в парке, недалеко от Дворца Романовых (на ремонте). Очень приличная лечебная база, медицинский персонал, отзывчивые врачи и медсестры и помогали по всем вопросам, связанным с моим здоровьем. Отличный завтрак, с большим выбором блюд и вкусно. Отдельное спасибо Мариам на ресепшн, всегда помогала по всем вопросам. Удобные большие кровати, чистое постельное белье, полотенца, хорошая уборка. В ресторанах гуманные цены.

Cons:

Номера уже желательно понемногу обновлять.

חדרים גדולים ומקלחת טובה. בריכה מקורה וג'קוזי חם שפתוחים עד 22:00.

המלון לא במרכז כך שצריך רכב אבל מה שהכי אכזב הוא שהזמנתי שני חדרים וביקשתי מספר פעמים לשים אותנו בחדרים קרובים ולמרות זאת שמו אותנו רחוק מאד!! אחד מהשני. בכלל לא באותו איזור!! וזה לא מתאים עם ילדים קטנים. המלון אומנם לא התחייב לשים אותנו קרוב אבל חשבתי שגג נהיה במרחק שנראה אחד את השני בסוף המסדרון אבל לא!! ראיתי שעשו זאת לעוד משפחות. לגבי הטבע בחוץ. הוא בהחלט יפה ומתאים להליכות אבל יש שומר שלא מאפשר להתקרב לבניין הורוד שמופיע בתמונות. ברגע שעולים במדרגות האבן החיצוניות מתחילה אזעקה והוא מגיע

we enjoyed the hotel and especially the park surrounding it. The staff could have been more helpful

the territory around the hotel is amazing, the room was big and comfortable

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms - one twin and one double, both under my name. upon arrival, I was told that in their system the rooms are booked as single occupancy and required me to pay extra for breakfast. The hotel did not have basic facilities like business centre or umbrellas.

נוף מושלם וחדרים מרווחים

בבריכה לא מאפשרים לילדים לזוז וכועסים על זה שהם מרטיבים את הריצפה. לא נותנים לעלות עם מגבת של הבריכה לחדר למרות שקר. ניסו לחייב אותנו על מגבת לרגליים שהרסנו להם כי היא נהייתה שחורה אחרי שנאלצתי בעצמי לנקות ריצפה במרפסת.

מלון טוב במקום פסטורלי. לצערינו לא הצלחנו להינות מהמתקנים במלון ומחופשה רגועה ושקטה בשל העובדה שבחודש אוגוסט במלון היו הרבה מאוד משפחות עם ילדים קטנים ותינוקות. היה רועש ולא נעים בבריכה, בחדר האוכל ובמתקנים הנוספים של המלון. התאכזבנו.

בחודשים יולי ואוגוסט המלון מארח משפחות עם ילדים, דבר שפגע ברוגע ובשקט של הנופשים המצפים למלון ספא שקט נעים ורגוע.
