Jak najbardziej polecam, wszystko jak najbardziej w porządku :)
Pros:

Pani Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna, miła, uprzejma, kontaktowa, społeczna, pomocna i wyrozumiała. W dniu przyjazdu sama się skontaktowała i zaproponowała wcześniejsze zakwaterowanie w pokoju.
Dodatkowo serwowała bardzo smaczne i pożywne śniadania. Obiekt bardzo blisko dworca PKP, a do plaży też nie za daleko. Pokój bardzo przestronny, bardzo ładny i bardzo czysty. Wszystko ok. Serdecznie polecam.

Skandaliczne zachowanie właścicielki
Cons:

Chcę podzielić się bardzo negatywnym doświadczeniem związanym z tym obiektem, a przede wszystkim ze skandalicznym zachowaniem właścicielki. Jednocześnie przestrzegam przyszłych gości, aby ostrożnie zgłaszali wszelkie uwagi dotyczące pobytu, ponieważ może się to skończyć natychmiastowym wyrzuceniem z obiektu. Zauważyłem również, że część innych opinii także potwierdza konfliktowy i impulsywny charakter właścicielki… Jeśli chodzi o mnie:

Po przyjeździe skontaktowałem się z Booking, zgłaszając kilka nieprawidłowości. Opłata klimatyczna pobrana na miejscu wynosiła 14 zł, podczas gdy w rezerwacji widniała kwota 8 zł. (jak się okazało właścicielka prawdopodobnie nie poinformowała booking o podwyżce). To był punkt wyjścia mojej „reklamacji”. Będąc w sklepie biorąc produkt za daną cenę, można być zirytowanym, gdy przy kasie się okazuje, że produkt jest droższy, prawda? To na takiej samej zasadzie. Nie chodzi o różnicę, ale o dotrzymywanie ustaleń. Dodatkowo zgłosiłem, że pokój nie był przygotowany na odpowiednim poziomie – na podłodze znajdowały się długie włosy, szafa i ściany były zabrudzone, widoczne były ubytki, a w wyposażeniu brakowało niektórych podstawowych rzeczy. W opisie pokoju znajdowała się informacja o zestawie do parzenia kawy. W praktyce był po prostu czajnik, bez nawet najzwyklejszej kawy dl gości. Uznałem więc, że mam prawo zgłosić te rozbieżności za pośrednictwem platformy, przez którą dokonałem rezerwacji. To w końcu oni są pośrednikiem i odpowiadają za przedstawioną ofertę. Po zgłoszeniu uwag właścicielka wpadła w szał i wyrzuciła mnie następnego dnia z obiektu! Przedtem zachowywała się agresywnie – waliła w drzwi, groziła wezwaniem policji i bezpodstawnie mnie oskarżała. Próbowała przekręcić ponadto zamek, co się nie udało, ponieważ drugi klucz był włożony od wewnątrz. Co jeśli by mnie nie było w pokoju? Wtedy właścicielka weszłaby pod moją nieobecność i wyrzuciła na ulicę moje rzeczy!?

Pros:

Good cost/performance ratio for a solo traveller in low season. Kitchenette with everything needed. Cleanliness. Very comfy bed. Own entrance. Near train station. Not far from centre and Wollinski National Park.
Towels upon request. I believe towels are standard though in a holiday flat and it is odd that you do not get them here automatically.
They allowed me to check out an hour later as there were no new guest, so that I didn't have to store my luggage anywhere else before the departure of my train.

Cons:

No bath mat in bathroom, no dish towel in kitchenette.
The apartment is poorly soundproofed, which means you can hear your neighbours and the noise from the street. If you are not sensitive to noise, it is okay or you use earplugs.
