Please note when booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Pets up to 10 kg are allowed on request and for an extra charge of EUR 35 per day.

The property will undergo renovation works from July 1, 2025, to early May, 2026 (dates subject to change).

The renovation will affect the following areas: Sky Bar, Restaurant, Swimming pool and solarium. Renovation work will be carried out only during business hours.

Every precaution will be taken to minimize noise and potential disturbances.

Pros:

Location perfect . The service from the moment we arrived , the front desk and the restaurant and bar … we were welcomed and made to feel entirely at home . Kelvin who took the greatest care of us in the restaurant. And the senior gentleman who ran the front desk welcomed me as though an old friend “ delighted to see you have returned “ it was lovey .

Cons:

View from my window into the back of the hotel to roof top below ( not hotel property perhaps ) room 313 contained lots of cigarette butts and debris … it did sort of take the shine off the beautiful decor. I understand the hotel was undergoing refurbishment , and the corridors outside my bedroom had construction begin , hammering , it began after 8.30 am or 9 am so this was a blessing . But the staff made up for it all ps … shame roof was closed . 👌

Unglaublich gemütliches Hotel in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage mit hervorragendem Personal.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage und wunderschön gestaltetes Hotel, bis in die Details. Das Haus hat unglaublich Charme und die Renovierung erhält diese. Leider war die Rooftop Bar und Pool geschlossen (obwohl es bei Booking.com irreführend als "Fully Renovated") bezeichnet wurde, aber weiter unten im Kleingedruckten stand es. Ganz besonders ist das super Frühstück hervorzuheben und der tolle Service durch Javier!

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben keinerlei Garderobe.

Beautifully designed hotel in central location
Pros:

The room and the hotel in general have a beautiful interior design and aesthetic; the lounge, check-in area, cafe, breakfast room are all noteworthy to view and truly take in, from the floor to the ceiling there is stunning handcrafted design to see. The staff were all very kind and willing to assist with any needs or questions.

Cons:

The location is centrally located however the streets nearby could be slightly sketchy at night for those who are not used to large cities or do not use common sense for personal safety. As of April 2026, there was still renovation/construction on going at the property. Street can be slightly loud at night.

Pros:
