Globalement bien mais plein de détails font que en 4 jours on se rend compte des manques. L'emplacement est parfait pour circuler vers tous les lieux touristiques. Le petit déjeuner est varié, l'accueil aimable et le Spa sympa.
Le manque de ménage, le manque de suivi au petit déjeuner, chambre simple tres petite.
The hotel was generally OK, but the lack of working air conditioning was a significant disappointment.
I specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised as having air conditioning. There was an air-conditioning unit in my room, but unfortunately, it was not operating during my three-night stay. When I asked Reception about this, I was told that the hotel only switches on the air conditioning when the outside temperature exceeds 30°C, due to environmental considerations. During my stay, the temperature was around 26°C, so the air conditioning was not available.
While I appreciate the hotel’s environmental concerns, I believe this restriction should be clearly stated on booking websites. Had I known that the air conditioning would not actually be available unless temperatures exceeded 30°C, I would not have booked the hotel. There were no fans provided as an alternative either.
As a result, the room was uncomfortably warm and I had poor sleep throughout all three nights of my stay. Overall, this was a significant disappointment and something the hotel should communicate much more clearly to potential guests.
Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miły personel, smaczne śniadania - szeroki wybór. Bardzo polecam wszystkim odwiedzającym Belgrad!

Eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos no Hotel City Savoy em Belgrado, por duas noites, em setembro de 2026. O hotel é muito bem localizado, a uma caminhada de cerca de 6 minutos da Praça da República, onde há, além de atrações turísticas, vários restaurantes, bares e cafés. A rua Skadarska, onde ficam vários restaurantes modernos, também fica muito perto (cerca de 4 minutos a pé). O Hotel é confortável: cama, travesseiros e roupas de cama e banho. O banho é bom, com bastante água e fácil de temperar. Por ser nossa viagem de comemoração de aniversário de casamento, o Hotel nos ofereceu duas massagens no Spa do Hotel, que aproveitamos logo no dia da nossa chegada e que nos ajudou a relaxar depois de mais de 18 horas de viagem. Destaque especial para as meninas da recepção, todas muito simpáticas e solícitas. Há pontos de ônibus e bonde (tram) nas imediações do Hotel. Enfim, recomendado!
O ar condicionado não funcionou muito bem. O quarto ficou apenas fresco, o que incomodou um pouco numa das noites. A recepção do Hotel tem um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, mesmo porque, pelo que percebemos, ainda é normal fumar em ambientes fechados na Sérvia, inclusive em restaurantes.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos de la playa y de restaurantes y comercio. Desde allí es muy fácil acceder a las principales atracciones de Larnaca. Su desayuno es excelente! Muy buena atención del personal.
