Overally we enjoyed , had everything we needed for short stay
Pros:

Location, quite location, good water pressure , washing machine and aircon in our living room , pool was clean , beds quite comfortable

Cons:

Needs update overall , shower room quite dirty , more kitchen utensils , aircon needs to be cleaned to run properly , change cold light bulbs to warm , equipment s needs updating

Great Location and Friendly Staff
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The swimming pool was clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. Also, the apartment did not have a smart TV, so it was not possible to watch movies or use streaming services in the evening.

Pros:

The location was verry good, our apartment was on the rooftop, needs some work, the owner-manager-and personal was verry helpful and reacted to our requests, we stayed 16 days at this place and we got a home feeling after 2 days.

Cons:

The appartment needs a some renovation. If it will be done so I highly recommend this place

Rien, si ce n’est la commodité de la proximité des appartements du quatrième étage qui a permis une proximité et intimité à notre groupe familial de quatre adultes et trois adolescents

Les sanitaires minuscules et en panne tout le séjour
L’absence d’eau chaude la plupart du temps
Les mauvaises literies :matelas, sommier, draps
Les quatre étages sans ascenseur
La propriété du logement et surtout de la terrasse à notre arrivée (qui n’a été nettoyée qu’au bout de trois jours).
Sur la terrasse, absence , en fait condamnation des auvents pare-soleil existants qui ont été remplacés par de minuscules parasols qui avaient des supports qui ne permettaient pas de les utiliser
La pénurie voire l’absence de prises électriques dans les chambres.
Le dysfonctionnement et la vétusté des équipements de cuisine (lave-vaisselle en particulier).
Le manque d’outils de cuisine
L’absence de parking
La difficulté extrême pour se garer dans la rue
Pas de lampe de chevet une seule avec difficulté technique (absence de prise de courant) a été mise à disposition pour les 6 lits que nous avons utilisé
Dans le quartier il y a eu des coupures d’eau et des coupures d’électricité quasiment tous les jours

The apartment was really amazing — we loved it very much. It is big, spacious, and very comfortable. The sea is extremely close, just a 2-minute walk. From the windows, we had a beautiful view of a park with a playground. We also really liked the location — it was perfect.
