Pros:

Nice views, the suite is cozy and the main room is very confortable. The pool and the waterslide are very fun. My daughter loved it!! The front desk people is nice and kind

The sofa bed is not confortable at all!!!

Nice stay but the beds would keep me from coming back
Pros:

Room was a layout. Great view of the pool area and the mountains/valley. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Pool area was well done and a great place for a family.

Cons:

There was some maintenance issues; jet tub didn’t work, kitchen counter laminate was bubbled, ceiling in shower was peeling. The worst thing was the BED, worst two nights sleep ever (why do some hotels cheap out on beds?!

Pros:

Like the ad says it is 3 hours drive from Calgary. We were enjoyed for a short one night stay like a retreat.

Cons:

We came to stay for a hot springs pool experience but didn’t know it was closed for maintenance.

Can't recommend even though the staff is very kind the facilities are old and show it.

Staff are very kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and huge.

Cons:

Dated furniture inside, hard mattress so couldn't sleep and woke with back ache, pillows cheap and way too thick, no bed side table or plug so had to rig up an extension cord for my CPAP machine. The shower head is in an inoperable Jacuzzi tub (high to get into) and it's floor is deadly slippery so washed in the kitchen sink.instead, the fireplace didn't work. So odd the kitchen had a popcorn maker and hand mixer but there was no toaster. Not their fault but kept up late with the people above us running around and moving furniture, not soundproofed, kids ringing the door bell.

Access to pools and sauna. Apartment was clean and spacious. Good milkshakes in restaurant.

Cons:

Hot water didn't work in shower/bath. ☹️
Not enough cooking supplies for kitchen.
Workers in restaurant were very slow.
