The breakfast have very limited option, use to have free snacks in hotel room but they have removed which is a big disappointment as the kids is looking forward

Great hotel to stay in Desaru.
Pros:

The hotel was nice, clean, comfortable and complete. The breakfast buffet was good with many food options. I told them it was my son's birthday and they kindly wrote a birthday message for him and gave a complimentary slice of cake.

Cons:

One of the rooms were only ready after 5 pm, 2 hours delay from check-in. I was expecting for some kind of compensation for this delay but there was none. The beach is about 5 - 10 mins walk from the hotel. They had a buggy service but you have to wait for it and there was often a long line.

Pros:

There is nothing that I particularly like about it.. except the fact that I was spending time with friends.

Cons:

Firstly, the property looks like old abandoned flats, refurbished and turned into a RESORT. The room is dated and lousy. Parking is horrible. Breakfast area looks like a market!!
