Pros:

The best was house keeping girl did a best work by decorating a room as it was my son's birthday . Night band was really Good .

Cons:

Room was surprisingly upgraded for us . However I would expect better maintenance of Suit room type . Bath tub was not functioning well , also the shower was a bit broken . stand for shower gel was shaking . It looked like we were given room which was not maintained since some time.

house keeping man used to come twice a day but didnt clean plates and were left like that . He would only clean toilets & make bed.

Not Happy Stay
Cons:

Firstly, my friend and I booked Hardrock separately but same room type, my fees is 50sgd expensive then her one, and when check in, counter give my friend two day water park ticket and 4 free drinks, but for me counter only provided one day water park tickets and there is no free drinks.
Second, after water play we went back room for shower and found there is no hot water, we called two times asked them to come and fix, my three kids are totally wet and cold, we wait nearly 40 mins , the ppl found is the water valve issue. They have a very not responsible speed for handling emergency facility maintenance.

Great breakfast. Easy access to Waterpark
Pros:

Great breakfast. Lovely room and easy to get to the Waterpark and Private Beach. Also got a free upgrade to a Deluxe which was a nice touch.

Cons:

I was a bit surprised with having to pay a large security deposit after paying in advance for the room. Felt unneccesary.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay during the Ironman weekend. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated the early breakfast arranged on race day for Ironman participants. It was a thoughtful gesture that made race morning much easier and showed how well the hotel catered to the needs of participants.
