Rooms are beautiful but the location is deserted area. Far from everything. We wanted to try the Aqua-park nearby and was total disaster. Poor safety standards. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the daily night live band show. They were amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast while celebrating our little boy’s birthday.
The in-room decorations and birthday cake made the celebration feel extra special, and the birthday song performance on stage was a memorable moment for him and for us as a family.
Everything was well arranged, and the experience felt warm, thoughtful, and enjoyable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Danny, Aikal, Hazim, and Aiman for their excellent service, effort, and attention to detail. They truly helped make our son’s birthday celebration a memorable one.
We really appreciated the hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.

The band and food at the Hard Rock are out of this word. With amazing dinners and drinks option
Hotel staff were prompt in their replies and they did their best to accommodate my few requests. We got an upgrade to suite which was pleasantly surprising for us. The access to lounge felt exclusive and the tea breaks had wide choice of light bites. The night live band was awesome too.
Morning buffet choices can be better, like including soy milk for the cereal instead of only full cream milk. Also because a part of the property is being renovated, there were not many activities for now.
It was a crowded weekend and the staff still kept their cool and address our needs in the most professional way. Shout out to Vanessa who expedite my checking in, and Don Salman who recommended and arranged lovely Firefly tour and dinner. Love the close proximity to the Waterpark and the rooms were well kept.
