The hairdryer was broken but easily fixed with a new one

Gatti fuori della casa dappertutto.Va bene che sono tipici ma troppi.Secondo me c era anche un po di odore di gatto dentro la casa.

Handfatet gick inte att använda under hela vistelsen pga stopp som åtgärdades först vid utcheckning. En katt bajsade varje natt på balkongen vilket gjorde att den kunde nyttjas först efter städning. Vi tyckte det var skäligt med en prisreduktion på grund av dessa förhållanden men fick till svar att om vi inte betalade fullt pris omedelbart så skulle polis kontaktas! Det var ett väldigt otrevligt bemötande av ägaren. Det luktade även mycket rök i frukostrummet vilket vare sig vi eller barnen uppskattade.

В описі не співпадає інформація:
1. «Номер-студія делюкс» це не номер на території отеля Мато, а окрема квартира на сусідній вулиці.
2. Інтернету немає зовсім (навіть роутеру), хоча в описі включено.
3. Не очікуйте вид на море з вікна, як на застарілих фото в описі - реальне фото виду з вікна додаю.
Неприємно було приймати душ, стоячи по щиколотку у воді- бо каналізація не стікає і стоїть потім ще півгодини…
Речі - купальники, рушники прийшлось сушити на стільцях.
Є кавові капсули-але немає куди їх вставляти.
Ліжко і розкладний диван пора поміняти- досить продавлені.
Ну і найбільша неприємність те, що електропостачання б‘є током коли торкаєшся рукой каструлі, яка на ней стоїть. Добре, що ночували лише 2 ночі. Не рекомендую

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura confidando negli standard qualitativi garantiti da Booking, ma il soggiorno è stato ben al di sotto di quanto ci aspettassimo.

L’aspetto peggiore è stato il fortissimo odore di gatto, urina ed escrementi di gatto presente in tutta la struttura. Sul balcone l’odore era talmente intenso da provocare nausea e rendere impossibile rimanervi anche solo pochi minuti. Di conseguenza non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il balcone né tenere aperte le porte-finestre per arieggiare la camera. Il mio compagno è allergico ai gatti e questo ha reso la situazione ancora più spiacevole.

Il bagno è cieco e la ventola di aspirazione non funziona, per cui non esiste alcun ricambio d’aria. Inoltre, il bagno versa in condizioni di manutenzione e igiene inaccettabili: sigillature annerite e deteriorate, sporco e incrostazioni, accessori mancanti e un generale stato di incuria, come documentato dalle fotografie.

Anche la sala comune presenta un persistente odore di fumo, mentre il balcone è di fatto inutilizzabile perché le poltrone sono completamente sfondate.

Non si tratta di semplici difetti estetici, ma di problemi che incidono direttamente sull’igiene, sulla salubrità degli ambienti e sulla possibilità di godere del soggiorno.

I think it should be communicated that you could not reach the accommodation by car...it was quite a difficult walk with all our suitcases along a route we followed on Google Maps. The owner showed us a quicker route when we left...still an upward walk that was not easy with suitcases.

Il patio all'ingresso ha qualcosa da migliorare. L'aria condizionata nella sala colazioni è troppo forte e fredda, purtroppo non si può fare colazione all'esterno.

La struttura ha bisogno di un ammodernamento e di una pulizia più accurata

1- we arrived at the agreed before time. there was no one at the reception. We called and the woman told us to wait for 2 hours because we've arrived later than she expected us (so it was our fault she wasn't at the reception).
2 - we stayed in the villa. There was an old, wet towel behind the bathroom door, and we found a child's drawing in one of the rooms. How do they clean?
3 - one bedroom is on the 1st floor with a window onto the street with a constant traffic of people and bikes and parties until at least 3 am. (We had our flight next morning, so you can imagine how well rested we were).
The second bedroom is on the 3rd floor. You can get there through a balcony with a very poor safety bars and the stairway without the bars at all. I slept in the 2nd room and heard all the parties of the whole Skiathos, I think.
4 - everything on the balcony is dirty and old. They couldn't even renew the paint of the table and to clean it - it looked as though they had brought it from a landfill.
I was afraid to touch anything in the apartment.
5 - in the bathroom to the second bedroom on the 3rd floor there is no place to place your towels or clean clothes. I had to take a shower and go back to the room to dry myself and get the clothes.
6 - sunrise is directly at the door (with a window),so your room is lit up with plenty of the sunshine at 5 am (after all parties finished at 3 am) and reflected off the mirror on the opposite from the door wall, so you could not turn your head away from the light.
7- I won't mention anything of the cats, because other people have already done this

The only positive thing is a beautiful view from the balcony.

I do not recommend this place and I don't see what we have paid for 350 Eur per night. This place has to be shut down.

Este hotel tiene difícil acceso por calle empedradas en cuesta. Mi mujer se cayó al llegar y no nos dieron opción a devolución, siendo 3 noches. Esta además vetusto y sucio.
