Mato hotel is worth the stay Fofi and her staff are fabulous and can’t do enough for you.

Exceeded expectations and would definitley book again!
Pros:

The location was PERFECT! We were close to beaches, shops, and the port. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to and have an excellent view of the sea from the balconies.

Pros:

Liebevoll familiäres Hotel mit Ambiente. Inhaberin sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen um in Skiathos Stadt zu übernachten

Cons:

Vielleicht wäre es angebracht an einigen Stellen einen Wegweiser anzubringen, da man durch das Gewirr der Gassen (autofreie Altstadt) sich schnell verlaufen kann.

Pros:

An old family house which maintains its old world charm. There's an odd smell in the communal lounge, which may be linked to the large number of cats that hang around outside (they don't come into the property), but then Skiathos is overrun with stray cats!

Cons:

Bit dated in parts of the hotel room, but nothing to worry about

Pros:

Wonderful fantastic so beautiful energy many cats and beautiful roses. Amazing people. The owner is kind. It’s like staying at her house. Rena who serves breakfast is amazing kind and makes the most delicious eggs and coffee. I will come back very soon.

A wonderful stay in a perfect location with delicious breakfast and everything I needed.
Pros:

Absolutely loved the location—just a short walk to the city center, with plenty of restaurants, cozy cafés, and the port right nearby. Breakfast was a delight every morning, with a wonderful variety and a fresh selection of pastries and treats that changed daily. A perfect stay!

Cons:

There are few cats in front of the entrance which some times even though I like pets the smell was quite intense however I did not bother at all as everything else was perfect.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Hübsches kleine Hotel. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Super Frühstück. Für Katzenfreunde ein Paradies. Sehr ruhig gelegen, alles sehr gut zu Füß erreichbar.
