It was very hard, no proper amenities and aircon is too old and not functioning
Pros:

The small village in which the hotel is located has nice atmosphere and the beach is just 13 minutes away by walking. The old Nice and Monaco is reachable by bus.
The stuff gave us teapot with hot water upon request but it would have been better if there was a kettle in the room

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working properly at all, and it was an absolute nightmare. The room stayed at around 30–31°C throughout the day and night, and we were suffering from the heat the entire time. We informed the staff, but we were simply told that there was nothing they could do. No one came to fix it, and we were not offered another room or any alternative solution.

We couldn’t sleep at all that night, which completely ruined the following day for us. This was especially disappointing considering the price of the room.

Overall, the furniture and facilities are quite old, including the air conditioning. There was no kettle or hairdryer, the shampoo was provided only once in small sachets on the first day, and no shower gel was provided.

For the price we paid, we expected a much better level of comfort and service. The lack of air conditioning during such hot weather, combined with the fact that no alternative solution was offered, was particularly unacceptable.

Lovely little hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

Location was great, room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Only slight downside is the busy-ish road outside, but late on it quietens down a lot. Didn't bother me or wake me up at all.

Pros:

La chambre était propre, climatisée, la salle de bain propre également. C’était suffisant pour nous.

Cons:

Un peu difficile de trouver une place de parking proche de l’hotel, il faut prévoir un peu de marche avec les bagages (mais rien d’insurmontable)

Pros:

De hygiëne was goed en de bedden. Misschien wat klein. De douche is lekker en het ontvangst prima

Cons:

Helaas staat er op de site een continentaal ontbijt maar dat was alleen frans de eigenaar vertelde dat we geen ei hoefte te verwachten. De bar gaat Helaas om 21.00 uur dicht.
