الموقع متميز لقربه من الحرم ولكن للاسف الجولف كار اما عطلان او فى الشحن او المدير يرعى اننا ننزل من الجبل بمعرفتنا لان توفير هذه الميزة غير متاح دايما

لا تنظيف للغرف ولما تطلب تنتظر وقت كثير او تلح وتتطلب تانى
الاسانسير فيه مشكلة
الاكل ليس كما يدعو متوفر 24 ساعة ولانك فوق الجبل اما تنام جوعان او لا تءهب للفندق دون شراء اكل

Pros:

Very neat clean and excellent value for money. Very close to the Haram. Great staff and Customer care. Very welcoming and accommodating front desk staff members.

Cons:

It is on a hill, going down to Haram is very easy.
But going back to the hotel may become an issue if you have kids or Old people with you.
Otherwise it is a very good option with good value for money.
