Very friendly staff, excellent choice for breakfast.

A prima vista il Westville Hotel potrebbe non colpire particolarmente: l’esterno, sui toni del grigio, appare piuttosto semplice e non lascia immaginare ciò che si trova una volta entrati. All’interno, invece, l’impressione cambia completamente.

Gli ambienti sono molto accoglienti, eleganti e caratterizzati da tonalità scure ma calde. La hall è piacevole, la sala colazioni ampia e ben curata e anche il ristorante offre un ambiente davvero gradevole.

Un grande punto a favore è sicuramente il parcheggio privato dell’hotel. Si arriva comodamente in auto, si parcheggia, si registra la targa alla reception e da quel momento si può entrare e uscire liberamente senza doversi più preoccupare del parcheggio. Per chi viaggia in auto è una comodità non da poco.

Il personale si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Molto apprezzato anche il piccolo gesto di benvenuto trovato in camera: alcuni dolcetti ad attenderci all’arrivo. Avendo soggiornato in molti hotel, posso dire che sono attenzioni che non si trovano così frequentemente e che fanno sicuramente piacere.

La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, così come il bagno, grande, funzionale e comodo. Unico aspetto migliorabile è stato il letto, che personalmente non abbiamo trovato particolarmente confortevole.

Una menzione particolare merita la colazione. La parte salata non è proposta attraverso il classico buffet, ma viene preparata à la carte e al momento. L'idea è ottima e la qualità dei prodotti e della cucina è decisamente elevata. Il rovescio della medaglia è però la lentezza del servizio: entrando alle 8:00 può capitare di terminare la colazione verso le 8:30-8:40. Per chi è in vacanza senza particolari orari può non essere un problema, ma per chi deve effettuare un check-out veloce, partire presto o prendere un aereo, i tempi potrebbero risultare eccessivi. Personalmente avrei preferito un servizio un po' più rapido, pur riconoscendo l'ottima qualità di ciò che viene servito.

My wife was recently taken ill while on a day out in Enniskillen. After a day in A&E we decided to book a hotel in town and travel home the next day. 

We booked here at short notice. The room was great and we we were happy with everything for our stay. As far as the hotel itself was concerned we had all our expectations met. 

Where they exceeded our expectations though was in the staff. Every single person at the hotel we spoke with was helpful and charming with a real natural warmth. The genuine warmth was something that is much rarer in hotels than it was in the past. We had a few needs we needed assistance with during our stay and every time the staff dealt with them quickly with friendliness.

Stayed here for two nights for a band event. We had a fan in the room but it was very hot and was surprised there was no air con as there was in reception and bar. We had an accessible room as my husband was on a scooter. Room was very dated bathroom had broken tiles and there was no bottled water provided. Bed was broken one side and room was not serviced with new towels on second day. Breakfast was ordinary.

The hotel was central to bars town centre etc . Food was very good breakfast was amazing will definitely be staying again 🥰

I booked this hotel for my parents. They said staff were so helpful. Room was spotless and very spacious. Food in bar was delicious and barman was very welcoming, chatty and told them of areas to visit in area. They would recommend hotel

The breakfirst was very nice

The room was clean and a decent size. There was a "fan noise" from outside and we did have to keep our windows closed at night. Breakfast was a mixture of buffet for cereals, toast, juices and continental, but the main breakfast was served. Both were good quality and there was plenty to eat. We had dinner on our first night but it was expensive and poor quality bar food. So much so that we went out to a restaurant for our second night.
