Eccezionale!
Pros:

La colazione e la cena erano ottime, la piscina scoperta davvero eccezionale. Mi è piaciuto molto anche poter fare escursioni organizzate senza pagarle come extra. Staff e struttura davvero di alto livello.

Hotel molto bello ma servizi di bassa qualità... cibo davvero di qualità bassa con pochissima scelta... ( per fare solo un esempio per condire non hanno neanche olio evo ma olio di oliva raffinato ) , cortesia dello staff soprattutto all accoglienza molto asciutta , non sgarbati ma neanche affabili. Saune che bisognava attivare a chiamata ... con anche un po di insistenza perché ci è stato fatto notare che ce ne erano altre accese...

Cons:

Il cibo, proprio non ci siamo per un 4 stelle e di una certa categoria di prezzo. Colazione scarsa cena da rivedere . Pranzo o come la chiamano "merenda " davvero deludente. Mi spiace perché la struttura è bella. La camera deluxe era davvero bella.

Einige schöne Wandertage im Südtirol.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Unser Zimmer war hervorragend: großzügig geschnitten, mit einem schönen Bad, einer großen Terrasse und einem sehr komfortablen Bett. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet und boten eine große Auswahl. Zudem verfügt das Hotel über einen Innen- und Außenpool sowie einen Wellnessbereich. Es standen ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung. Das Auto konnten wir kostenlos in der Tiefgarage parken. Bei schönem Wetter lässt sich im Sommer auf der Terrasse Essen. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Ich habe keinerlei Kritikpunkte festgestellt.

Pros:

Hotel stupendo per tutti i servizi offerti. Bellissime le piscine e la spa con diverse saune. Ampi spazi per un relax assoluto. Gentilezza e professionalità di tutto il personale. La nostra suite era favolosa.

Sehr entspannend Tage — alles hat gepasst
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage in den Bergen. Ganz feines Essen, das Desserbuffet am Donnerstagabend war Spitze. Spielraum für Kinder und Teens. Super nette Mitarbeitende!

Cons:

Man muss wissen, das der schöne Pool mit den Kindern nur von 11-13 Uhr besucht werden kann.

Schöner Familienurlaub mit kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Vitalpina Hotel Waldhof sehr genossen und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Besonders gefallen hat uns unsere Suite. Das separate Schlafzimmer für unser Kind war zwar eher klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Schön fanden wir auch die gute Ausstattung für Familien – sogar ein Kinderbademantel stand bereit.

Die Poollandschaft hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt. Vor allem der Erwachsenenpool ist eine tolle Möglichkeit, einmal etwas Ruhe zu genießen. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn dieser – wie an manchen Abenden – regelmäßig bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet wäre. Gerade im Familienurlaub wäre das eine wunderbare Gelegenheit für Eltern, den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.

Ein weiteres Highlight war das E-Bike, das wir für unseren 11-jährigen Sohn ausleihen konnten. Das hat hervorragend funktioniert. Auch die Tourenvorschläge an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfreich.

Das Essen war insgesamt sehr lecker und von guter Qualität.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt mit vielen positiven Erinnerungen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft das Abendessen: Aus unserer Sicht wurde teilweise etwas früh mit dem Abräumen begonnen. Dadurch entstand gelegentlich das Gefühl, sich beim Essen etwas beeilen zu müssen. Wer das Abendessen ganz entspannt genießen möchte, sollte möglichst zu Beginn der Essenszeit kommen.
