Aussergewöhnlich
Pros:

Was soll man dazu sagen. Am besten, ihr checkt gleich selbst in diesem wunderbaren Haus ein, dann könnt ihr euch persönlich von dem super Verwöhnprogramm mit sehr nettem Personal, super Pool- und Wellnessbereich (Pool geheizt), hervorragender 3/4 Pension, äusserst grosszügigem und sehr schönen, sauberen Zimmer überzeugen. Wir haben gleich nach der Ankunft um eine Verlängerungsnacht angefragt. Trotz mutmasslich ausgebuchtem Haus wurde uns das schnell und unkompliziert ermöglicht, sodass wir nicht einmal unser Zimmer wechseln mussten. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Pros:

Auch bei unserem zweiten Besuch waren wir wieder genauso begeistert wie beim ersten Mal. Dieses Hotel ist einfach richtig, richtig gut, vom Essen über das Personal bis zum Wellnessbereich und den Pools (getrennt in einen nur für Erwachsene und einen für Kinder).

Bellissima struttura nel verde dell' Alto Adige e camere confortevoli, molti servizi SPA e Piscine
Pros:

La camera molto bella, anche se abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade, ma è quasi mini appartamento , con arredo tipico di montagna e bagno molto carino. Garage Coperto per lasciare auto, SPA con molti servizi anche se noi abbiamo usufruito solo della piscina per famiglie\bambini, l'altra piscina è over 14.

Cons:

Principalmente il rapporto qualità prezzo e la mezza pensione. Probabilmente avendo molti più turisti esteri il rate è abbastanza alto, sicuramente i servizi SPA influiranno.
Per la mezza pensione non è piaciuta molto la cena, pasta non giudicabile anche se fatta al momento penso con pasta precotta dalla chef, buffet nella norma, il secondo piatto diciamo OK.

Pros:

Colazione ottima, servita in veranda. Atmosfera accogliente e familiare. Mio figlio festeggiava il compleanno e, senza dircelo, ci hanno preparato il tavolo per la colazione decorato per lui, davvero un bel pensiero!

Super, sofort wieder!
Pros:

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, sowohl das Frühstück, als auch das Abendessen. Der Pool sehr angenehm und ruhig,
sofern man nicht währen der "Familienzeit" dort liegt ;-). Die Sauna wurde auf Wunsch auch sofort aktiviert (zu den angegebenen Zeiten natürlich). Auch die Bar hat eine gute Getränkeauswahl. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, auch Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, ist aber relativ laut, und lässt sich leider nicht drehen, in unserem Fall war sie direkt auf das Bett gerichtet, was bedeutet, dass man sie in der Nacht ausschalten muss. Als wir dort waren, hatte es draußen über 25° und wir haben dann die Fenster geöffnet um etwas Durchzug zu machen. Hat funktioniert, bis der Apfelbauer Morgens um ca. 04:30 mit dem Traktor durch seine Felder gefahren ist (vermutlich um zu bewässern). Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, und der Bauer muss das wahrscheinlich um die Zeit machen, aber gut, das war der einzige Wermutstropfen wärend unseres Aufenthalts.

Cons:

Qualche dettaglio trascurato, pulsante idromassaggio rotto riparato con scotch… tapparella piscina mezza sporca… c’è una parte di albergo da ristrutturare quella appena sopra la reception…
le camere doppie avrebbero i bagni un po’ da rimodernare specialmente le docce, anche se perfettamente funzionanti… e i condizionatori portatili non sono proprio il massimo da vedere e sentire…
consiglierei di mettere la moquette grigio scura nuova anche nei corridoi dei piani superiori alla reception…
Clima spento nella hall, almeno 25 gradi li garantirei agli ospiti…
Il Prezzo è stato un po’ troppo caro di 50€ circa per la qualità offerta (era ferragosto e posso anche capirlo)… sono stato comunque soddisfatto…
