Pros:

ottima colazione ,che troverete direttamente al tavolo, ricca e con prodotti di produzione propia. Anche la sala ristorante e' gradevole.
La nostra camera ristrutturata con gusto e dai colori moderni.

Cons:

se ci si ferma alla facciata e alla zona reception, che e' molto piccola e retro' viene voglia di girare l' auto ma non fatelo perché l'hotel e' pulito ,il personale gentile e la colazione ricca e variegata con prodotti artigianali.

Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, hôtel charmant. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et bon. Près du lac d’Orta, il est bien situé.
Le restaurant propose des repas le soir à û très bon rapport/qualité prix.

Cons:

Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes quand on dort la fenêtre ouverte car il y a beaucoup de circulation.
Les salles de bain sont un peu vieilles, petites, les cabines de douche sont vraiment étroites.

la struttura era molto pulita, in un’ottima posizione e la colazione era buona e varia.

Cons:

Nelle camere non è presente l’aria condizionata, questo ha reso il soggiorno invivibile con le alte temperature. Avrebbero potuto far trovare almeno un ventilatore. La cosa più spiacevole, però, è stata la gestione del check-in: non siamo stati informati in anticipo che fosse prevista una pausa tra le 16:30 e le 17:30. Lo abbiamo scoperto solo una volta arrivati, trovando un foglio affisso sulla porta. Con 38 °C all’esterno, dover attendere circa 40 minuti senza alcun preavviso è stato davvero sgradevole.

Pros:

Parcheggio ampio e ombreggiato. Personale cordiale e accogliente. Camera di grandezza giusta con tutto il necessario. Colazione molto variegata ed abbondante.

Cons:

Il bagno andrebbe ammodernato anche se onestamente funziona tutto.
