A nice place to stay for a short trip to Monterrey with good facilities and views of the mountains.
Pros:

The location was good and the pool area was nice. Decent value for money on the rooms and a nice view from the rooms of the mountains. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

Food was good at the restaurant but food and drink very expensive. Charged £8 for a 600ml bottle of water… the room smelt a little musty and the gym is a little tired and could do with a spruce up.

Views and Pool Area were good but food could be better
Pros:

Go down to the mall and take the front elevator up to the balcony area with adjoining restaurants, the food there is better than the hotels, the mall and most of the upscale restaurants across the street. Its also nice the mall is connected so you can walk and people watch...

Not what we expected
Pros:

The staff is doing their best and was courteous throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, the rooms were not well maintained. The pillows were uncomfortable, the towels pilled every time we used them, and the air conditioning did not work properly, leaving our room feeling humid. The Chromecast also did not work despite following the instructions provided on the TV, and the shower in our daughters' room did not function properly.

The hotel has direct access to a mall, which is very convenient, and there are plenty of nearby dining options. However, due to the maintenance issues, this was not the experience we had expected for our stay.

AC needs updating
Pros:

At first I was booked in a west facing room after waiting for a city view room. When I checked in the room temperature was 33 and only cooled down to 29.5 then back up to 31. Maintenance tried to explain it was because of the sun on the glass- not buying that one. I’ve stayed here in the same type room in Summer and it always would be comfortable. The common areas were very warm as well.
