Всем советуем снять этот отель! Открытый балкон, стильный ремонт, техника и обалденные завтраки.
Pros:

Понравилось все. Открытая терраса- это нечто. Потрясающие виды на Арарат и весь город. Мы приехали рано , оставили рюкзаки на ресепшене и пошли в центр . Поднялись на каскад, зашли в арт центр при нем же, потом сняли велики и прокатились по городу. Вечером ужинали в Кацине с танцами и песнями👌

A wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic - available on WhatsApp, very welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. The front desk supervisor was super helpful, and the breakfast staff were lovely.

There are lovely views from the rooms and the terraces.

The breakfast was great.

There is a modern shopping mall across the road, with a great restaurant called the Brunch Cafe.

Хорошие апарты! Есть всё необходимое, даже стиральная машина, завтраки хорошие, персонал приветливый, старается во всем помочь! Поздравили нас тортиком и вином с днем рождения! Огромная благодарность директору ресторана! Обязательно вернемся снова когда будем в Ереване

Exactly met our expectations, great value for the price
Pros:

Excellent and helpful staff, clean and very spacious, well equipped room! balcony was a definite plus.
Nice bathroom, modern features.
Very easy to get cars at any hour to take you downtown thru the Yandex app, never had to wait more than a minute.
Good breakfast!

Cons:

Our room had a smell of cigarette smoke overall, strong in a few spots.
Our quality of sleep was not the best due to 1) lack of blackout curtains (only simple shades in the room that let the light through) and 2) highway noise even at the 12th floor (not much the hotel can do about).

Почти идеально!
Pros:

Отличный персонал, очень чисто, парковку не без труда, но найти всегда можно. Виды великолепные, особенно в хорошую погоду - видно Арарат. Рядом молл - считай, все что нужно в шаговой доступности.
С удовольствием будем останавливаться еще!

Cons:

Завтрак хороший, но можно сделать лучше без особых издержек для заведения - например, добавить чай (кипяток + пакетики), какие-нибудь базовые соусы (масло, уксус, кетчуп, горчица).
Сложно найти вход на самом деле - лифт везет только на 13 этаж без разблокировки картой, сразу не разберешься.
Интернет так себе, для работы невозможно использовать, пришлось использовать мобильный.

Pros:

Overall the property is ok. Next to a shopping mall with a supermarket.
All the reception staff and the restaurant staff super polite and made the stay.

Cons:

We booked three rooms, only one of them had internet. The TV didn’t work, and the staff didn’t fix it within our three days stay, even after we asked several times. Very uncomfortable pillows.
Loft apartment had a very terrible smell in the bathroom
