Прекрасные апартаменты, полностью соответствуют фотографиям, отличный персонал, который всегда на связи и готов помочь (это дорогого стоит). Тихо: не слышно ни соседей, ни улицу. Хорошие завтраки, вкусно и разнообразно. Локация не в центре, но красивый вид, да и такси недорогое. Однозначно, рекомендую! Спасибо, RIS Dalma, за прекрасное начало знакомства с Арменией 🤝🤗

Отличные апартаменты с вкусными завтраками рядом с ТЦ Dalma
Pros:

Великолепные апартаменты, сделаны с душой, есть всё необходимое и даже то, чего обычно не бывает (хорошее количество плечиков, лопатка для обуви, охлажденная вода, все моющие средства, в том числе для стиральной машины, Netflix)
Завтраки замечательные, шеф-повар лично контролирует подачу блюд и их качество.
Усиленно рекомендую )

Cons:

Расположены рядом с ТЦ и в удалении от центральных мест, пешком не дойти, но такси без проблем и дешево.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the reception team. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile.

The room was excellent—spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. One of the highlights was the amazing view of Mount Ararat and the city, which made the experience even more special.

The hotel facilities were complete and well maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the property. Thanks to the wonderful staff and outstanding service, my stay was truly memorable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Всем советуем снять этот отель! Открытый балкон, стильный ремонт, техника и обалденные завтраки.
Pros:

Понравилось все. Открытая терраса- это нечто. Потрясающие виды на Арарат и весь город. Мы приехали рано , оставили рюкзаки на ресепшене и пошли в центр . Поднялись на каскад, зашли в арт центр при нем же, потом сняли велики и прокатились по городу. Вечером ужинали в Кацине с танцами и песнями👌

A wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic - available on WhatsApp, very welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. The front desk supervisor was super helpful, and the breakfast staff were lovely.

There are lovely views from the rooms and the terraces.

The breakfast was great.

There is a modern shopping mall across the road, with a great restaurant called the Brunch Cafe.
