Disappointed, over priced hostel..
Pros:

The girl on the check in desk was very nice and helpful, food was ok.

Cons:

We couldn't lock our room as the lock wouldn't unlock again, went to use the toilet and the toilet roll holder off the wall, the glass shower door was hanging off the rails, the sink was blocked, the tv didn't work properly kept going on and off, in our opinion it was a poorly maintained hostel, not a hotel, and way over priced..

Not a nice night
Pros:

The location is wonderful

Cons:

Room hot with poor ventilation. Small tired and not clean. Food was extremely disappointing. Attitude of one staff member to another guest i overheard was shocking. If he spoke to me like that he would be leaving via a window. Way overpriced and my family could not wait to leave.

Could be so much better
Pros:

Location superb. Did not have breakfast. Bought only alcohol. Only one English speaking member of staff knew what real service was. No smoking even outside on veranda!!

Cons:

Uncoordinated service. Only one member of staff on check-in and service before 3pm. Building in need of upgrade. Mainly Indian food on menu - not what I expected in a Scottish hotel in the heart of The Highlands.

Un hotel para pasar una noche en un sitio idílico
Pros:

La habitación era grande y tenía una buena televisión. La moqueta se veía limpia y bien cuidada. La limpieza era buena. El check out era demasiado temprano. Cierran cocina a las 9:00 y te quedas sin opciones para cenar.

Cons:

No funcionaba la luz ni el extractor y había gotas de suciedad colgando del extractor. Podrían dar un repaso al baño, ya que había cosas que mejorar.

Convenient location right next to the WHW.
Pros:

The location next to the WHW is excellent.

Dinner was ok.

Cons:

Both the room and the bathroom is a "bit" run down, and some paint and some new boards here and there would to wonders.

The dinner was ok, but the staff was having a bad day.

The breakfast buffet was the most modest we have had all along the WHW. No meat or cheese, just discount marmelades to have with the bread.
