Location superb. Did not have breakfast. Bought only alcohol. Only one English speaking member of staff knew what real service was. No smoking even outside on veranda!!
Uncoordinated service. Only one member of staff on check-in and service before 3pm. Building in need of upgrade. Mainly Indian food on menu - not what I expected in a Scottish hotel in the heart of The Highlands.

The location next to the WHW is excellent.
Dinner was ok.
Both the room and the bathroom is a "bit" run down, and some paint and some new boards here and there would to wonders.
The dinner was ok, but the staff was having a bad day.
The breakfast buffet was the most modest we have had all along the WHW. No meat or cheese, just discount marmelades to have with the bread.
Location and Bothy bar was really good. Had been before and eaten dinner there, but the food wasn't as good as last time. Staff try really hard to serve you, and they are pleasant enough to talk to. Room was fine, it was a decent size and the shower had really good pressure to it, with plenty hot water.
Breakfast wasn't great. Sausage was a bit undercooked, and the food didn't look great on the plate. They also closed the bar early, so my dad and I left to go to another one down the road. Once we had been to that one, and made our way back, they had completely locked the hotel up, so I had to climb in through a window to let me dad and I back in.
Breakfast was decent.
The location was excellent on the West Highland Way.
The view was beautiful.

For the price we paid, the rooms felt very old / dingy and we couldn't get consistent (or any) hot water in our shower.
