Muy recomendado.
Pros:

La ubicación y la atención del personal. Sobre todo Jackqueline, siempre dispuesta a colaborar y ayudar con una actitud positiva y comprometida. Sin duda volveré a este alojamiento.

Me cobraron la tasa completa a pesar del cancelamiento que hice
Cons:

No pude llegar al hospedaje por cambio de itinerario, escribi al hotel y me dijeron que "ellos no cobraban nada por el cancelamiento" igual al final me cobraron el valor total :(

Mejorar el café, un hotel es una ventana del país al mundo, al ser un pais productor de uno de los mejores cafés del mundo, siempre es bueno que uds expongan lo mejor.

Café de olla con canela está bien, pero pueden ofrecer algo con mas plus.

La zona.esta muy bien y está céntrico, el desayuno rico.

Cons:

Deben de darle mantenimiento a las camas el colchón estaba duro, esa es mi única queja de este hotel después todo estaba muy bien, muy limpio y un buen desayuno 😸.
