Pros:

Wonterful location, poor cleaning.
Pros:

Location and communication, always fast responds through messages.

Cons:

Bed sheets didn't change (even dirty), never cleaned the kitchen glasses, always less in towels.

Pros:

camera grande, comoda, con ascensore per arrivare al piano, pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani, presenza di molti servizi (frigo, bollitore con tè e caffè, tazze, ferro da stiro), possibilità di lasciare le valigie oltre l'orario di check-out.
Camera silenziosa nonostante sia al primo piano.
Ottima posizione per visitare la città, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Non c'è ventilazione nella camera, è necessario usare condizionatore o aprire le finestre (ma la camera è al primo piano sulla strada).

Distance, comfortable, perfect!
Pros:

The staff us very responsive and attentive. The room is perfect for a short or long stay and they have a bigger one if you want extra space. The bathroom is amazing, you have everything you need. The location is PERFECT, 4 min walk to the old town square. French fries by it and multiple spots walking distance. Very safe.

Cons:

There's nothing bad to say. Maybe the a/c could get colder but that's a common thing we've noticed in multiple places.

Excellent location, good value
Pros:

Incredibly convenient location, very walkable. Thankfully had a small ac unit that kept the room cold.

Cons:

This is more of a semi-private airbnb than a true hotel. There’s no real front desk, but the rooms are private.

Pros:

The apartment was beautfully decorated and recently renovated. Great space with everything you could need for a long stay. The location was outstanding being in the centre of the old city. Easy walking distance to everything.

Cons:

The weather was warm and our upper floor room was quite hot. The protable A/C didn't cool the apartment. It was useless. There were two fans which helped but the place as still quite warm especially when trying to sleep.
