欲しいものが欲しいところにあり快適
Pros:

コンビニが一階にあり、お部屋に電子レンジや冷蔵庫も冷凍庫が分かれているタイプで　トイレとお風呂別だった　ベッドが大きい

A comfortable stay with helpful staff during my visit, but disappointing post-stay customer support
Pros:

The hotel was understanding and kindly accommodated my request to cancel the first night's stay after my travel plans were disrupted by the typhoon. I truly appreciated their flexibility and professionalism in handling my reservation. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the front desk staff was polite. I also appreciated that they helped arrange a taxi to the airport when the driver spoke very little English.

The hotel staff kindly helped me book a taxi to the airport, which I truly appreciated because the taxi driver spoke very little English.
Unfortunately, I later discovered that my taxi fare had been charged twice. I only realized this after returning to Korea. Since I had no information about the taxi company or the driver, and because of the language barrier, it was extremely difficult to resolve the issue.
I contacted the hotel by email and through Booking.com messages, but did not receive a response. I was fortunate to reach them once by phone, hoping they could simply help me get in touch with the taxi company. However, I was told that the matter was not the hotel's responsibility and was only given a toll-free number that could not be called from Korea.
In the end, I managed to resolve the issue on my own after considerable time and effort.
My disappointment is not about the taxi incident itself, but about the lack of after-stay customer support. While the hotel was satisfactory overall, I expected more assistance with an issue that arose from a taxi arranged through the hotel. Once I had checked out, it felt as though my problem was no longer their concern.
For that reason, although the hotel itself is acceptable, I cannot confidently recommend it based on my experience.

Pros:

ディズニーリゾートからバスで近い。
部屋が清潔で、トイレとバスが別👍
広さも充分
部屋に電子レンジがあるのが良い(使わなかったけど)

Cons:

チェックアウトその際、機械の反応が悪く動かないのに後ろにいたスタッフさんが何もしてくれない
スタッフさんの数は多いのに
そこだけが残念でした

大変心地よかったです！
Pros:

TDRに遊びに行ったあとの宿泊先として利用させていただきました！お部屋も広くて、何よりバストイレ別なのが大変良かったです…！1回ロビー横にはローソンもあり、何かあった時にすぐ買いに行ける距離なのも助かりました！また利用させていただきたいと思えるホテルでした！

また利用したいです
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応は丁寧でした。
子供が本を読めるスペースがあって待ち時間退屈せず過ごせました。コンビニがあったので便利でした。洗濯機、利用している人が多かったけれど台数がたくさんあって待つことはなかった。
