All Group bookings of more than 5 rooms require full pre-payment and are nonrefundable. These bookings will require a 10% booking deposit due at the time of reservation via Bank Transfer. Once a reservation is received the hotel will provide the Bank account number. Then the remaining 90% to be paid 30 days prior to arrival via Bank Transfer on the same account number. After this day the reservation will be nonrefundable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lovely sized room, great location and lovely pub with good food
Lovely period hotel, great location with lots of history
No air conditioning, however the rooms do have fans and water is provided
Room was spacious and it had a fan that helped in the hot weather.
The history of the building
The room we stayed in was called Harold.
It was dark & dingy, the bathroom light was so inadequate I had to shave by the light of my phone.
The weather was fantastic but the the fans in the room were totally inadequate.
The rooms need to be sympathetically updated to the 21st century with walk in showers & made more light & airy for me to stay there in the future.
The hotel was convenient for visiting Blenheim palace
The room we stayed it was extremely hot (this was not the heatwave week). We had to request a suitable fan at least twice.
The authenticity
Too many stairs
Very well located and very comfortable accommodation. The staff were wonderful and dinner and breakfast delicious, accommodated dietary requirements easily.

We were in a room on the main road side so when we had the windows open it was noisy until midnight and woke us up at 5.30 am.There was double glazing but it was too hot at night to shut windows.
Location was perfect, staff were very friendly .Breakfast was nice.
The room was small ,in this hot weather it was unbearable, we were given 2 fans but they weren't any use .We were meant to stay 2 nights but we left early..which meant we lost out because id already paid .
