Endroit avec beaucoup de charme et super accueillant. On reviendra !
Pros:

Accueil au top. Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel vraiment génial. Tout le site est parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont grandes et bien agencées. Très bon petit déjeuner sur commande. Piscine super propre et grande. Proximité de Capoliveri et de Porto Azzurro. Plages à 5’ de voiture.
Bref, tout était vraiment génial.
Merci à Francesco et à Ina pour leur gentillesse.
On recommande à 100% cet établissement.

Cons:

Le seul petit défaut pourrait être la route d’accès très pentue mais en voiture aucun souci. Et il manque un grand miroir dans la chambre. Mais tout le reste est vraiment génial

Ottimo soggiorno, torneremo!
Pros:

Gentilezza dello staff, posizione buona per raggiungere il centro di Capoliveri e luogo silenzioso e pacifico che mette tranquillità. Inoltre presenti servizi con bar per colazione e aperitivi, piscina spaziosa, giardino grande con anche giochi per bambini, campo da beach volley e molto altro!

Avete presente quella sensazione di aver bisogno di certezze, calore e di sentirvi a casa? Questo posto rappresenta tutto questo alla perfezione.

Non solo per le sue deliziose casette, il verde curatissimo e la splendida piscina, ma soprattutto per l’attenzione, la cura e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff.

Un ringraziamento speciale al giovane Francesco, che ti accoglie e ti coccola con grande professionalità: nonostante la sua giovane età, dimostra già esperienza, classe e un modo di porsi davvero notevole.

E poi c’è nonno Ivo, che fa davvero la differenza: sempre pronto a scambiare due parole interessanti e a regalarti un sorriso sincero.

Colazioni e aperitivi semplicemente top. Insieme a loro, che sono la vera ciliegina sulla torta, rendono ancora più speciale un’isola già meravigliosa.

È il classico posto in cui desideri tornare ancora, ancora, ancora.

Pros:

Oasis di pace e tranquillità dove svagarsi e rilassarsi e staccare dalla congestione dei centri cittadini. Bagno nella Jacuzzi con vista su Capoliveri e Spritz di benvenuto hanno creato un'accoglienza da favola.

Cons:

Un po' scomodo se si intende spostarsi a piedi.

Just perfect
Pros:

This family driven resort has it all. A cozy, small-scale atmosphere, perfectly maintained facilities such as a swimming pool, beach volleyball court, pétanque field, barbecues, and a beautiful garden with old trees.
Francesco and his family are true professionals who create the ultimate holiday vibe. And on top of that, they make perfect Gin & Tonics 😉

We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi next to our appartement – it was cleaned every morning by the team.

It’s perfect located between Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio

Don’t hesitate – just book it!

10 av 10. For en fantastisk sted. For det første: Det var en så varmt velkomst og verten Francesco gjør virkelig alt for at sine gjester har det fint og komfortabel. Dette er en fint Resort med alt hva man trenger på ferie. Pool, park, grillplass, volleyball, cafe og bar og masse plass for barna for å bevege seg i en veldig trivelig og trygt område. Vår leilighet var stort og ny renovert. Veldig veldig rent, komfortabele senger og et fint baderom. På kjøkkenet finner man alt man trenger. Fra resort er det ikke langt til sentrum av Capoliveri som er en vakker lille by med mange gode restauranter og butikker. Mange fine strender er også i nærheten. Man trenger en bil! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! Anbefales på det sterkeste. Tusen takk Francesco.

Absolutely stunning place, where hospitality feels like home.
Pros:

We loved every minute of our stay at Casa Campanella Resort!

We stayed in the Sweet Bella Vista apartment which has a very spacious terrace with a private jacuzzi. The view from the jacuzzi on Capoliveri is absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The park exudes warmth and coziness, with a lovely bar, a delightful swimming pool, and exceptionally well-maintained grounds, rarely have we seen such care and attention!

Host Francesco and his family/staff were all very kind and really made us feel at home. They all know what true hospitality really means.

Capoliveri is a charming village with typical streets with many shops, bars and restaurants. The whole area is amazing.

THE resort for a fantastic stay!
Pros:

A wonderfully located, well equipped green oasis amidst the busy surrounding of Capoliveri. Hospitality is one of the many assets of this place. Should we ever come back, we will gladly spend our days at Casa Campanella!

Cons:

The steep and winding short access road could do with some mirrors to make the approach during daytime less stressful ;-)
