Pros:

My teenage son proclaimed this to be his dream hotel after we checked in. To be fair it is incredible.

We were very fortunate to secure a last minute duplex triple room at Stories hotel after the original apartment we had booked at another location/ business in Budapest turned out to be a dive.
Firstly the reception staff at Stories hotel hands down saved our trip to Budapest. They went above and beyond to have our last minute booked room ready, providing complimentary refreshments and treats during our very short wait to check in our room and were truly amazing.
The hotel itself is a treat, we had a duplex room with a double room on the mezzanine and dining and living space with a bed for my son below. Great space for a family and had everything we could need including coffee machine, fridge, toiletries, dressing gowns etc for a luxury feel stay.
The staff throughout were incredibly helpful and the location perfect for exploring.
We'll 100% be back.

Great time at the heart of the City. The Stories Hotel caters to the younger, international crowd.
Pros:

The staff was funny and welcoming. Great experience.

Cons:

The breakfast can be had in the adjacent restaurant at the basement floor in the magnificent courtyard of the same historic building. It is very nice and interntional, vegan, etc. But if you are starving there are less pricy alternatives around.

Fantastic Hotel and Staff
Pros:

Incredible Hotel with exceptional staff and a great value. We have backpacked across 17 countries in Europe through over 40 hotels, and this was a top 5. We didnt know what to expect from Budapest and honestly came here unexpectedly. It ended up being a trip that we wish was a week longer and this hotel was a major reason!

When we checked in, the concierge was extremely helpful, provided champagne, got everything in order, and even guided us to a fantastic restaurant for our dinner that night. The room was amazing, and was spotless and beautiful. We wish we could have a hotel room of that quality and price in every city.

We used the minibar and they communicated with us via whatsapp before charging us, they were very considerate and professional at all times, we highly recommend
