Pros:

The apartment was nice with big windows and a modern kitchen. The shower had good pressure as well. Neighbourhood was convenient with walking access to most places. TV had a good selection of channels. Apartment was very clean, the cleaning team is excellent! Hardwood floors in the apartment was also great. The price ratio was good. It was convenient to have the washer/dryer in the apartment, and the gym (especially cardio machines) were helpful to have, other tenants were also friendly.

Cons:

We had an empty envelope without a key for us during a planned weekend check-in when nobody was available from the staff/concierge. This was stressful and meant having to call from our international phones to a different phone number in Toronto. For half a day the whole building was not accessible due to a situation with the fobs. The pool and hot tub were not open despite warm weather, and there was no clear communication from the staff about why this is and when it would be open, even though this was our primary reason for booking the facility. The windows are double glazed but you can still very audibly hear sound from outside. We believe that this should have been reflected in the price.

Pros:

Location was spot on and the bed was extremely comfortable. I am not a fan of feather pillows, but that's a personal preference. The building is modern and clean, and we had everything we needed for the week.

Wir hatten Probleme mit der Bezahlung. Nur die ursprünglich angegebene Kreditkarte wurde akzeptiert.

Great stay overall
Pros:

Great central location. Comfortable bed, linens, and apartment. Well equipped, and clean.

Cons:

Some damages were left by the previous tenant, which were not noted by the operator. They then wanted to charge me for damages, which I had to argue against. Concierge desk at the hotel appeared to be closed, was told afterwards that it was in a different area of the building.

If we visit Ottawa again, we will stay here—we enjoyed every aspect of the stay.
Pros:

This was a comfortable and well supplied suite with a great view and great proximity to Parliament Hill. The concierge was very helpful.

Pros:

o apartamento é grande, o prédio é novo, a cozinha é bem equipada. O lugar é bem silencioso. Os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos quando eu pedi apoio com a baixa umidade e luminosidade do quarto. Mesmo não tendo muito o que fazer, eles foram muito prestativos em avaliar o quarto e explicar o que eles poderiam ou nao fazer.

Cons:

O apartamento não tem blackouts. As cortinas são super finas e deixam passar toda a luz. O quarto fica extremamente claro, inclusive à noite, por conta das luzes da cidade. As janelas não abrem. O apartamento é completamente dependente da ventilação central, o que deixa o espaço extremamente seco. A limpeza também deixa a desejar: lixo do banheiro estava sujo, a parede do quarto tinha respingos de alguma bebida/comida, a torradeira na cozinha estava extremamente engordurada e quebrada. Vale ressaltar também que o lugar é mais um aluguel de apartamento de temporada do que um hotel.

The location is extremely convenient, with a high-quality supermarket nearby.

I stayed on the 17th floor, so the view was excellent. I also appreciated that the amenities were fragrance-free.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I cooked for myself every day. There was a garbage chute, which made it easy to dispose of trash at any time. I was also able to watch YouTube on the smart TV.

It would have been a perfect room if there had been a bathtub.

Cons:

I stayed for 15 nights. When I asked via message about housekeeping, I was told it would be once a week, on Thursdays for my room. However, they actually came on Wednesday morning, which surprised me. The staff then said it would be every five days, so I prepared and waited accordingly, but they did not come again the following days. In the end, housekeeping was provided only once during my stay.
