Pros:

Very secure, clean & staff were helpful. Room was nicely set up. Liked dog relief area.

Good stay
Pros:

Room was clean, lovely balcony, ac worked well, security was great. The bed was the best part! It was super comfortable for me. Neighborhood and other apt dwellers were quiet, had a great sleep.
Check in was easy and we lucked out with parking.

Cons:

The construction across the street. Not that it could be changed, just and ugly view.
Water pressure in the shower was weak.

Vraiment bien
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassés et avons adoré la vue du penthouse. Il est bien placé et il y a beaucoup de restaurants à quelques minutes de marche.

Malgré tout, nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour !
Pros:

Appartement complet, salle de Gym, salle de Cinéma, salle de lavage, terrasse sur le toit avec espace ombragée, sauna, location à proximité des centres d'intérêts Lac Dow (Tulipes)

Cons:

Accueil, personnel en formation, checking excessivement long....Aucun stationnement disponible, drain de baignoire moyennement obstrué...Chambre chargé une deuxième fois lors du check-in alors qu'elle avait été déjà payé !

Service terrible. Nous avions un divan-lit et aucun drap ni couverture n’était disponible dans l’appartement alors que la réservation faisait état de 4 personnes. On nous a apporté draps et couverture … dans un sac de poubelle.

PARKING
Cons:

No parking. Concierge said parking is full but we can see from our unit balcony the parking area and there's lot of empty space. We had to park away from the building.

Won’t be back
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Parking is atrocious. Showed up on time to check in and no parking available. Room was not very clean, utensils all had to be cleaned, shower was horrible no water pressure at all. Elevator near our room was not working, elevator was very small. Staff upon arrival was not helpful or friendly.

Agréablement surpris, très beau séjour.
Pros:

Magnifique vue, belle décoration de tout l'appartement, le confort et les articles de cuisine fournis qui dépassaient mes attentes, pas besoin de rien apporter à part votre nourriture. Super gym et autres facilités accessibles.

Cons:

Le système de climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien, donc trop chaud d'où ma cote de 9, en hiver cela n'aurait pas été un problème, mais pendant mon séjour il commençait à faire très chaud.

An expensive misser!!
Pros:

It was a small 'penthouse 'apt with kitchen corner! No coffeepot; No teapot! A suerstink through the house from WC till kitchen sink! Shower NOT usuable as waterpressure was very,very low and only scalding hot water was available! We were there 3days!!! Bathroom nothing to hang or put a towel down and nothing to hold on to! Very small washbasin had to do for 3 persons.

Cons:

Practically everything inside this apt.was shabby while the building, inside hall gave the 'impression' of a sort luxury..... do not go there!
