Pros:

It was clean. Front desk staff were so helpful and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable.

It was convenient to the airport, clean and affordable.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional. I love that there is only a $25 hold. I’m a single mom and it made the trip convenient and affordable.

Cons:

We thought there was a pool because pool was listed on booking.com. There was only a pool table. My kids were disappointed. I would have booked elsewhere had I known.

Tru Hilton hotel is my choice for travel.
Pros:

I will not be returning to this property, especially when there are comparable hotels in the area with much better ameni
Pros:

The close proximity to the airport

Cons:

Everything was done in such a cheap manner. They don’t have standard bell card. You can barely fit anything on the little tripod shopping cart. Instead of leaning towards convenience, the property invested more in the cheapest provisions for clients. Example, plastic ice buckets only found in the lobby as opposed to individual ice buckets in each room and an ice machine on every/alternating floors as all the surrounding hotels provide. There is clearly poor communication between the housekeeping, staff and the front desk. Upon check-in, I was sent to an unclaimed messy room and had to revisit the front desk for another Room assignment. The receptionist commented “this was the third time this has happened”. Unacceptable for the Hilton.

Loved our stay
Pros:

We left early on the airport shuttle. Very nice to park and fly at such a great rate. Not much to a breakfast compared to others but we did have a muffin on the way out.

Cons:

I think the hotel entrance located in the back of the hotel is the only design flaw.
