Comfy spot but can be a little noisy
Pros:

Clean, comfy bed and helpful staff.
Great breakfast.
Quiet after 10pm

Cons:

Staff member was cos playing as a woman and made us feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. Rest of the staff was amazing.

Location, room, and breakfast were great. Also, the employees were very accommodating. Bed and chair need to be replaced.

Great stay! Highly recommend this motel!!
Pros:

Comfortable clean king suite with plenty of room for 3 guests! Staff was helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

Really no complaints. You may consider keeping your continental breakfast available until 10:00 since your check out isn't until noon.

Very nice stay, would stay here again.
Pros:

Loved this hotel! Room was spotless, very comfortable, with modern touches. I typically don't expect much of a free hotel breakfast, but I can say this was by far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Eggs were delicious, sausage was tasty, my husband said the hard boiled egg was great! (And I don't know about you, but we usually never eat the hotel hard boiled eggs because they are always kinda weird.) We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pros:

Lovely accommodations. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, good location coming off the freeway, good breakfast, nicest front desk clerk. Would definitely stay there again.

Entrance door needs an antislam but oeobanly for fire reasons needs to be a soft close
Noisy pink on bathroom door frame if stepped on and the table light needs a dimmer

Clean, nice spot
Pros:

Great clean hotel near stores and restaurants. The hotel appears to be newer or recently updated. We had a double queen room. The kitchen and living area were very nice and free breakfast made our travel easy.

Residence Inn Provo South University
Pros:

The staff were very nice, and the breakfast attendant was especially kind and conscientious. The bed was comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. I appreciated that the hotel takes allergies seriously, which provided peace of mind.

However, I was disappointed that I couldn't use the kitchen due to the pots and pans being scratched and made of Teflon. I prefer stainless steel for health reasons, and it was a bit of a letdown. The check-in process felt intrusive with too many questions; it could definitely be more streamlined. Also, the coffee mugs in the room were a bit too small for my liking—I would have preferred larger ones.
