We like to stay at your hotel because it’s clean has great parking and is convenient when we’re in Ottawa
Pros:

The property is very nice. Everything was very clean and neat. Staff do a great job.

Cons:

Bathrooms really need make up mirrors. Plus more towels.

Great location four minutes from the airport. Wonderful front desk staff
Pros:

Chris at the front desk was beyond helpful! What a great personality, hold onto that guy! He answered our questions, provided change, informed us about the airport shuttle, all with enthusiasm.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not come to our room the first day. We had to grab extra toilet paper from the front desk. We requested service and when we came back that afternoon while our beds looked great, the trash was emptied, it just seemed like it was the bare minimum. For example she didn't put the toilet paper on the rolls, nothing was straightened out in the bathroom, towels were stacked rather haphazardly. Maybe I'm just too picky from previous stays at other Marriott properties.

Pleasant, comfortable stay. It was great to have the breakfast included with the booking.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, adequate selection and options. It catered for vegetarians. . Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

The room was fully paid for upfront with taxes. On check out no fees were outstanding, however security deposit was still deducted. Although it is to be refunded, it was not necessary.

Very nice property and rooms. Problem was a/c ran only on high and sounded like a turbo prop engine all night long.

It was a nice experience. My room was really large....
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Although there wasnt sausages

Cons:

Room was great as well. However, there wasn't tea or chocolate in the room. Only espresso,I dint like coffee. Expected more varieties. Also no handwash soap and body lotion. Didn't like that
