Clean and basic but comfortable
Pros:

Central location, fairly affordable provided you book in advance. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Cons:

No aircon which is okay but the room was very hot, much hotter than outside and much hotter than the corridor.

Cons:

Una de las habitaciones dobles muy pequeña,la otra habitacion muebles de muy mala calidad y en el baño la bañera de ducha pintada ,no disponia de secador de pelo y con mucha falta de mantenimiento.
No merece la categoria de 3 Estrellas.

Desatendido, la bañera horrible . O te duchabas con agua hirviendo o con agua congelada . Todo súper viejo . El baño no había por dónde cogerlo , el porta papel higiénico roto, la pared levantada, el suelo , ay! el suelo , la bañera horror , si la ponías para llenar salía el agua AMARILLA!

Hacia un poco de frío en la habitación y solo había un radiador apagado y un ventilador ,eché en falta alguna manta a falta de calefacción

Una buena opción para Ponferrada
Pros:

Estuvimos 3 noches. Tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones están renovadas y son lo suficientemente amplias y con un buen armario para dejar la ropa. Estuvimos muy tranquilos, apenas había ruidos y las persianas cerraban muy bien, de manera que no entraba luz. La ubicación es bastante buena, a unos 10 minutos andando del casco histórico. Hay aparcamiento libre muy cerca del hotel.

Cons:

Para mi gusto, el colchón es algo duro, pero, en todo caso, hemos dormido muy bien. En general, nada que objetar. Para personas con problemas de movilidad, aunque hay ascensor, hay que subir o bajar un tramo de escaleras.

Confortable y buen precio en el centro de Ponferrada
Pros:

La habitación muy bien y la cama super cómoda. El baño y la iluminación muy moderna y bonita.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado un poco antiguo y con ruido pero cumplía su función.
El desayuno lo tomábamos de buffet en la cafería (no entraba en el precio)y el buffet algo escaso y lo salado reseco.
