No reception staff to meet/greet, not very inviting on arrival
Pros:

Not alot to be honest!
The location was good, the bed linen and towels were clean, but overall the hotel is in need of massive repair, upgrading appliances and general deep clean with carpets need replacing.

Cons:

The list is too long but we have sent emails to hotel adving of the issues.

Awful. Really disappointed. Never seen a room so dirty . I should demand a refund!
Pros:

The place was filthy. I at to clean the room before we entered. The paintwork was dirty. It had never been cleaned ever. The stairs , corridor was dirty. The banister and doors on the stairway were dirty. Again paintwork. We ended up with a room that didn’t resemble anything like the photo. It’s smells awful. Looks awful. I definitely would never recommend this hotel . We didn’t even sleep in the beds of fear of disturbing something lurking. Terrible

Cons:

As above

Not good value for money and poor service overall.
Pros:

Convenient location and the triple room quite large, the bed fine.

Cons:

There were no curtains for the main large window, so we didn't sleep well. The reception staff told me when we checked out that the curtains were in the cupboard in the room. That was a strange answer and also untrue. The bathroom was not completely clean and the shower only produced very hot water, we prefer the water much cooler. It was painfully hot. I was told at the reception that the cleaning lady was off sick. Not good value for money, £151 including for our 2 dogs, plus my security deposit of £50 has not been refunded to me. I request a discount of £50 for the shortcomings described ab=ove plus my security deposit, ie £100 in total to paid to me please.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The hotel is run down, half the rooms as empty with beds up at the window. When we got into our room the bed wasnt made, they was human leave over sh@t in the toilet. I know yoy pay for what you get but I wouldn't even pay to stay there. The back door was open all night so anyone could of come in the key safes are open. Got told we had to be out for 11am coz rhey was a crack in the window and someone was going to be out so we handed back our key so he could come and fix it and it was even fixed. Not to mention about 12am just about to go sleep upstairs was banging the floor boards so didnt get a decent night sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel 1 nit. And they have a check to make a £50 deposit lol.

Good cheap short stay location, very good value for money. During a very hot spell I strongly recommend you bring a fan
Pros:

Close to beach. Comfy bed, good shower.

Cons:

Too hot. No usable furniture in balcony - tv remote missing and weird mess on the wall beside the bed.

This shouldn’t even be on your booking site.
Pros:

Nothing it was shocking.

Cons:

Reception wasn’t helpful or bothered with our problems.
No security, keys left on a desk for everyone to see. No doors locked over the whole period we were there even when reception wasn’t manned.
No key for our balcony door so it was left unlocked and had to get locksmith in the next day. We couldn’t use the sea view balcony as the chairs were disgusting and filthy and pigeon mess all over as well as a nest with two eggs in it.
In all the times we’ve stopped anywhere this is by far the worst hotel we’ve stopped at.

Pros:

I am absolutely disgusted with the place paid nearly £80 for a room, first time going to get my keys nobody was there. Spent nearly an hour looking for a member of staff, in the end left and went for coffee, returned again, waiting around again. Eventually a woman turns up who was very brash and very unwelcoming, who then informs me I had to pay £50 deposit on top of what I had already paid for the room. Told I would get this back Sunday morning if no damage to room
When I asked for my keys was told again in a brash manner would get them at 3 o,clock, which was less than an hour to go. So went back at 3 o,clock, nobody there yet again, waited for a long time, gave up in the end, went next door to the savoy and paid £80 for a room there. Went back Sunday morning to at least get my deposit back and yet again, nobody there. So paid £120 for a room I never got to use. DISGUSTED.

Overall poor stay and will not be returning!
Pros:

View from the room was nice as we got a sea view room.

Cons:

Balcony basically unusable due to it being full of bird droppings.
Dirty towels on top of wardrobe.
Light in bathroom didn’t work.
Shower didn’t work properly/ hot water temperamental.
Bugs on/ in bed and burrowed into the headboard.
gap above light fitting.
Tried calling customer service due to no one being in reception all day and asked to be moved rooms or refunded. They asked for the proof so I sent it all and then never heard anything back.
