I did not stay because it was dirty and unsafe.

I left within 30 minutes of arriving

Cons:

It was dirty and broken down. Ive still had to pay with no refund even though I was there only 30 minutes and had to find emergency accommodation with a small child.

good for the price, no staff so check in and check out are independent, only complaint is the shower

the water in the shower was BOILING hot and could not change the temperature, the room all together was nice but very hot

Losing over £200 and them cancelling when we got to the hotel said they would refund the money but still haven't very dirty rude nasty people avoid at all cost cuz it will cost a lot not just money disgusting people

Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The stairs were horrific, especially when staying with dogs, pushchair and disabled person

Wasn’t clean at all :(

Had no key for the front door so had to keep going round the back

Check in process was terrible
Also extra £25 per dog which I didn’t know till check in

Comfortable and clean but didn’t feel very safe at night

Not very secure!! Back doors and gate left open all night!! Not locked and no codes on them

I was booked into the wrong room. They couldn't change it. The room wasn't very clean or tidy, it looked very run down as well

Hot water. Good location. Fan provided.

Bed bugs,tv not working, springs in mattress, filthy floor and room. Tired furniture. Dirty hotel.
