Sehr saubere Gegend, nicht weit vom Angels Lake

Loved the location in proximity to the airport.

Cons:

The shuttle driver was a bit inefficient. It was confusing while getting picked up at the airport. He picked up a passenger and then signaled for us to follow the van. We had to walk a bit of a distance until he pulled over again.

Pros:

It looked nice and was a good price for what we needed. Was able to park right outside our room too.

Cons:

The breakfast service area was small and tight especially with other guests flooding in. Was difficult to get breakfast with so many people in a tight space and some of the other guests were just being inconsiderate.

Clean and spacious

Cons:

Poor communication, didn’t respond to questions sent in emails about shuttle service. Was struggling and wasted time to figure out how to contact hotel for pick up. Was not informed there was a concierge phone with the phone number to hotel. We just discovered it on our own.

A front desk rep told us she could not print a receipt for me when we checked out. The receipt was emailed to me which included a $8 of "Misc Charge" with no further explanation.

Nice hotel, don’t plan on an early flight.
Pros:

Clean and close to the airport

Cons:

King bed was way too soft. Having to pay $42. for Uber to get to the airport, because the hotel shuttle didn’t start until 5am.

Comfortable and spacious room.
Pros:

Convenient location for what I needed. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything I needed. Free breakfast was also just what I needed to get the day started.

Cons:

Everything was great. I landed late at night and missed the shuttle pick up hours by just 10 minutes due to baggage delays - it would be nicer if the shuttle was available later, but also not a big deal. Would still stay here again.
