Pros:

Very kind, quick, and competent staff! The front desk person was marvelous, and I loved talking to the driver, Mr. Mike. He is a treasure.

Cons:

My first room smelled like fish. The front desk person quickly moved me next door (to make moving my things easier, but that one also smelled like fish. The third room was great! Moving was no hassle--the front desk person was so quick and kind!

But y'all should get that checked out bc sometimes electrical problems can cause a fishy odor. It's actually possibly a fire hazard.

Overall a good experience
Pros:

My girlfriend and I had arrived early and the staff was so nice and professional, they got us into our room in no time.

Cons:

Paying for parking after spending nearly two hundred dollars for 1 night stay. Your patrons should not have to pay for parking on top of renting the room.

Komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider war bei unserer Ankunft um 15 Uhr das Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig und wir mussten noch ca. 45 Minuten warten.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The room was quiet, clean and the hotel was in a convenient location.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing, so we didn't eat it. The front desk staff were sitting in the back room a majority of the time and weren't great at greeting guests as they came and went. Not all of them, but most of the staff throughout the 4 days we were there.

Bathroom door was way to hard to open and close being a newly renovated area. Breakfast was mediocre
