Detalle de transporte de aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa me gusto demasiado

El teléfono de habitación para comunicarse a recepción no funcionaba y el dia para amanecer el Labor Day en una habitación cercana tenían mucho ruido que no me dejaron descansar bien

Pros:

Close to everything we wanted to do. The Nashville zoo, Grand Ole Opry, good restaurants. My wife enjoyed sitting outside and watching the planes take off and land.

Cons:

Road was little rough getting to the hotel due to construction at the airport.

Hilton charged me x2 cancelation fees for 2 rooms that I was told were never booked!
Pros:

Nothing because I was told that my room wasn't booked when I had proof.

Cons:

Staff sucked. I got ready to check in and I was told that my rooms weren't booked even though I booked through booking.com and we had confirmations. We ended up having to get another hotel, which booking.com handled. Then I was charged a cancellation fee twice because I had 2 rooms reserved. I didn't cancel/no show, the front desk lady didn't know what she was doing so I had to send in proof with booking.com to get refunded. Never again.
