Outstanding stay in the heart of Rome. Such a great location. We booked this over the Westin in Rome (big Bonvoy loyalists) and so glad we did. The location was unbelievable for walking the city or quick ubers. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was perfect. They gave us two large connecting rooms for our family and we really enjoyed this stay. US travelers would enjoy.
I regret staying here, mainly due to the mattress, which was very uncomfortable. But if you are a fan of soft mattresses you might like it. Otherwise the room was ok - clean and very high tech, but also very dark and cave-like. The location is great - walking distance to all of the major attractions. However, be prepared to deal with huge crowds in Rome everywhere you go. I should also mention: we got no upgrade for Bonvoy platinum, and there is no lounge, but we did get a free breakfast. For the price paid, I did not think this hotel was a good value.

Some hotels you visit once and remember fondly. The Pantheon Iconic Hotel in Rome is the kind of place you keep coming back to — and this was our fourth stay, each one as wonderful as the last.
We spent five glorious days here, and the hotel delivered on every level. The rooms are modern and immaculately clean, with beds so comfortable you genuinely debate whether to leave for the Colosseum or stay in just a little longer.
What truly elevates this hotel is its people. A special mention goes to Pepino at the rooftop bar — warm, witty, and with a gift for knowing exactly what you need at the end of a long day. Also, Aly and Nico are simply wonderful — attentive without being intrusive, always smiling, and utterly professional. The rooftop itself is the star of many an evening: perfect for a leisurely breakfast as Rome wakes up, and equally magical for an aperitivo or a late-night nightcap under the Roman sky.
Tucked just behind the Pantheon, the location is superb — you are placed right in the beating heart of Rome’s historic district. The Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, the best gelato you’ll ever have — all within easy, pleasant walking distance. No taxi needed, no metro stress. Just cobblestones and centuries of history at your doorstep.
If you’re considering a stay here: do it. And if you’ve already been — well, you already know. We’ll see everyone again on visit number five.
Grazie mille to the entire team! 🇮🇹
We enjoyed our stay here. This is a small boutique-like hotel right around the corner from the pantheon and we found it to be a great central location for our first visit to Rome. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept with very friendly and accommodating staff all around. The rooftop bar/deck is also very nice. Special thank you our concierge Francesca who was super helpful not only for our excursions in Rome but in speaking with her we mentioned our next stop was Beijing where she happened to have lived for a while and wrote us up a great sample itinerary with travel tips for that stay as well. She is really great and we really appreciated her going above and beyond. Grazie Mille Francesca!!!
This hotel is ideally located in the true heart of Rome—just around the corner from the Pantheon—making it easy to walk everywhere. While our room was smaller than typical US hotels, it was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The service was outstanding: housekeeping was meticulous, and the front desk staff were consistently helpful with recommendations and logistics. The rooftop bar offers wonderful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh fruits, excellent pastries, made-to-order eggs, and a wide variety of high-quality options. A superb stay.
We chose this hotel as we are Marriott Bonvoy members and wanted to explore an area of Rome we hadn't stay in before. The location is around the corner from the Pantheon which made it really easy to explore the city centre, particularly Trevi and Piazza Navona area. It is also a great location if you are there to scout out Caravaggios in various churches and museums as was the focus of our visit this time.
We stay in many luxury hotels and I have to say that this was a terrific experience. Everyone from door, check-in, breakfast, restaurant were extremely helpful. The breakfast selection was fantastic but could be a little confusing as there are three options; a continental, hot option buffet or cooked breakfast. If you aren't sure what you want, the team is really helpful.
We were upgraded to a junior suite but I couldn't really tell a huge difference in what we had reserved but it was very comfortable with a lot of extra touches in the gorgeous marble bathroom. Our room only had a shower but I always prefer a walk-in shower so that suited us perfectly.
The restaurant we planned on visiting the night of arrival didn't work with our updated plans so we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant which was delicious with an excellent wine list. The bottle we had from Puglia was my favourite on this trip. The weather was very mild so the rooftop bar was open which was a plus! It was a peaceful and lovely place to visit in the evening with views of many of the churches and monuments.
Anytime we needed help we received great suggestions and advice. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking to be close to city centre.
The hotel is in a good location. It is moderately staffed. After waiting quite a while for a drink I got a spritzer for 20€. Silly as normal price outside hotel is 5€. Door knob is broken and falls off in your hand. Safe is very strange in that it shows input as 0000. All this is unusual for a hotel that I was told is a 5 star hotel. I will not return.
The property is in a wonderful location, walkable & convenient to most places you wish to visit in Rome Check in was friendly & professional The room was a decent size for a major city hotel, spotlessly clean & great quality bed linens, the room was a little dark & looked out to the back wall of other properties but it didn’t matter as we were out most of the time anyway Great quality toiletries & other amenities in the bathroom We had drinks at the roof top bar several times which had the most amazing view We had a great stay & would return
5 Star service with a great location in Rome. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect!
great location- central to almost everything. clean. friendly. accommodating. multi-lingual. Special thanks to Johandy the bellhop, and Derya at the front desk for going the extra mile to make our trip comfortable and extra special.
Le chic de son design, et l’emplacement.
Le boîtier pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre qui fonctionne mal
My husband and I recently enjoyed our first trip to Rome and stayed at the Panthenon Autograph. The location was perfect for touring. The staff was extremely nice. They were also helpful and answered all of our questions. Our room was perfect! It was clean, updated and modern. Breakfast at the roof top restaurant was delicious and again, the staff was welcoming. When we return to Italy we would immediately book this hotel again!

We had a wonderful stay at Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel. The location is truly amazing — right in the center of everything yet surprisingly calm and quiet, which made it the perfect base for exploring Rome.
The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always welcoming. A special thank you to Derya, who made some very thoughtful gestures for our birthday weekend. It was such a kind touch and made the experience even more memorable. We really appreciated the attention and care.
Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service and an unbeatable location. We would happily stay here again.
Does not have convenient work area if you plan to do any meeting/calls during your stay.
