Na verdade não me hospedei, pois apesar de ter avisado por mensagem E ligação que iria chegar depois da meia noite, ao chegar a 1:30h da manhã de um voo atrasado cancelaram minha reserva e me deixaram literalmente na rua! Sem nenhuma assistencia!
So tive contato com um atendente que infelizmente não gravei o nome mas que foi extremamente grosseiro e me deu as costas a 1:30h da manhã!

When you travel, it’s the people assisting you that make a welcome difference. March was that person. He helped us several times, holding items for us while we were out, procuring umbrellas, and best of all, giving us directions and recommendations for tours, entertainment and restaurants. I want to thank him for his help and advise you regarding his excellent assistance.

I went with my daughter to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff couldnt be any nicer. Called ahead spoke with Leanne the connoisseur and she arranged a beautiful charcuterie board to be in the room upon check in. She was extremely helpful in suggesting places to visit and dine. The accomadations were great. Room was clean and spacious. We had no problems with any of the amenities. If I had to pick on something it would have to be the elevators that dont recognize your room card so you might be stuck going up and down until someone else enters and their card works.

Location was pretty good, wouldnt want to be any closer to boardway cause of noise. Walkable to the museums and Boardway with good boots and sneakers.
Kubi was fantastic as we we were heading out. He made our experience with valet so easy and service-friendly. I would do valet again in a heartbeat!

Juju the night engineer rocks! After 5 different staff attempts to fix tv, Juju saw it was unsolvable and got us moved to a better room with a good view and good tv and lots of Bonvoy points.
We had breakfast at the Stomping Grounds and it was delicious. Renata, our waitress, was amazing and attentive all the way through our meal. I’d come back for sure!
Shana is absolutely the best and Jay was amazing. They were very complementary and they work together as a superlative team. I can’t imagine a better experience anywhere.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the JW for my belated Birthday. We were greeted by Ellen and then Zack. We didn’t have a reservation and they were amazing at giving us accommodations. Ellen and Zack took time to have pleasant conversations with us about friends, families and things to do while in Nashville. The room was perfect and the guest club lounge was also great. Meeting Ellen and Zack made our stay the most enjoyable and we will definitely go back and stay at the JW because of the both of them.
The location is convenient. However, the construction quality of this relatively new property is disappointing. The windows do not adequately mitigate exterior noise, which is unusual compared to other major cities such as New York, where outside sounds are typically well controlled. This issue does not appear to be related to nearby construction. We frequently stay at a private property less than two miles away, located in a heavily active construction area, and it experiences significantly less noise.
Our stay was further disrupted by persistent HVAC noise in the hallway, which we were told was related to work on the 33rd floor. This disturbance continued throughout the night and significantly impacted our ability to rest.
The response from staff was inadequate. Their communication felt scripted, lacked empathy, and did not include any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation or offer compensation for the inconvenience.
Additionally, housekeeping failed to service our room. We informed the attendant as we were leaving for the day, and she indicated she would return shortly, but the room was never attended to.
Given the high occupancy levels this property is likely to maintain, it is concerning that there appears to be little urgency in addressing guest concerns or ensuring customer retention. While I have had many positive experiences with Marriott and JW properties, this location in Nashville did not meet expectations the last few times we have been guests.
