Had Janet on the mornings of June 6 & 7 as a server for Breakfast! She was the best and made the best coffee!
Her service was excellent
Great rooms, staff, food, and bar.
Even though it’s away from Broadway, it is located on the street that all the bridal bike bars and emergency responders use. There was quite a bit of construction happening around the hotel. So, it was noisy.

First I want to say Megan in the gift shop/spa was absolutely amazing and made my friend and my experience so special and fun!
But, now for the bad part. My friend were so excited to spend a day at the pool celebrating my birthday. I was charged an additional $140 and my friend an additional $97. This is on top of the drink and food tab we had. We called to get it cleared up and Layla was very rude. To have $250 tied up while they figure it out seems ridiculous. And I want to think the best of everyone but I do think this was an intentional scam by the staff. It’s sad because I love the JW and was planning on going back for spa treatments and staycations this summer but I can’t risk having my card charged additionally. On resort pass where we bought our pool passes, reviews were stating the same problem of their card being additionally charged at the pool dining. I hope they get this resolved because it’s a beautiful hotel and pool.
Isaac was very helpful by bringing my car up when I forgot my bathing suit and also inquired about how my trip was going. He was very gracious. A great staff member.

Beautiful pool! Love the spa! Megan at the spa’s front desk was amazing! Taner was amazing at taking our drink orders, and lunch orders at the pool! We will definitely be going back! Five stars all around!

The room is stunning, the price is very fair, but the welcoming culture by Marissa, Jay, Ching and Shana made the 21st birthday celebration of our daughter simply terrific! From a Proud PAPA watching his only child reluctantly grow older out of the nest, thank you for her tears of joy and appreciation on this occasion. I believe the gentleman’s name was Nady in the executive lounge on the morning of May 29th. He and his coworker were top notch and took great care of everyone.
I wanted to share some well-deserved praise for Lindsey. On May 23rd, I received the best facial I have ever had. Lindsey was gentle, friendly, and wonderfully communicative throughout the entire treatment. My skin looked and felt incredible afterward—my husband was even stunned by the results and remarked that I looked younger! Thank you, Lindsey, for such a stellar, high-quality experience.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Flexible room cleaning schedules, fast service at the front desk, and the shining star was the Stompin Grounds restaurant. The food was phenomenal the first day we checked in and Janet was such a friendly and exceptional waitress, which prompted my Fiancée and I to go back every single day for our long-weekend trip. The Vitality Smoothie was a life saver this weekend - thanks Janet!
