Big room, super nice staff, very good location.

The comfort, luxury, and cleanliness of the whole villa. The rooms were extremely clean and well laid out.

The staff were so friendly and always helpful, even during a minor crisis, when the hotel manager booked me a hospital appointment and arranged travel.

Very good location, a few steps from the beach and easy to find nice food and bar. It was clean and quiet and very good for a family holiday. The host could help arrange pick up service and can help get tickets for nearby events.

The staff especially Tram…exceeded expectations. The owner should give her a huge raise. She is the heart of the place.

Tram was friendly and helpful, all the staff including the housekeeping team and Night porter were so kind . They really looked after us , the accommodation and rooms were spotless, fresh linen and towels, lovely rooms and a sparkling clean swimming pool. It really was fantastic.

The house was a perfect little Asian tiny house experience - perfect design, stylish furnishings, outdoor bath, outside space, and a quick step to the beach. The staff were incredible and 10 minutes away if we ever needed anything. They arranged a seafood bbq for my husband's birthday and also bought him a cake - all of it was so lovely. More seating options inside and out would be good - comfortable chairs for lounging in outside, particularly - but everything was really fabulous for a week long family stay with our son and his wife.

Le logement est situé juste à côté de la plage. La chambre est belle et agréable avec balcon. Les hôtes ont été arrangeants. Il n'y avait pas de petits déjeuners mais l'hôtel est situé près de nombreux restaurants.

Such a great stay, Tram and the team were great. Property location is brilliant right by the beach, rooms clean and spacious. Booked for 3 night but stayed another 3, Tram found me another room and moving floors was no trouble. Tram arranged collection and return to the Airport which again was excellent, she also arranged a driver for my partner to visit local sites. Would definitely return if I go back to the area.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The house is large, modern, clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a nice addition – fresh fruit/eggs. Tan is a kind host with good English.
The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet alley but just seconds from the main strip/road with plenty of shops and restaurants, and only a 5-minute walk to the beach.
As with most homestays, family life is part of the experience, and overall it’s excellent value for money. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

It is located perfectly in A bang beach. Close to beach and a bit off the roads with traffic. As a family of 4 we got the 204 205 rooms which are two interconnected rooms that can fit 5 persons. Good sized rooms with air conditioners that worked very well. Medium-soft beds which were really comfortable. The Breakfast was freshly made and came fresh fruit on the side. Free towels for the beach and a shower by the pool. The pool is clean and good sized. Mrs Tram is a wonderful hostess helping out with anything you need.
