Pros:

地點便利，靠近榮町商圈，附近就是摩天輪百貨以及唐吉軻德整棟式商場，假日人潮較為擁擠，平日則輕鬆逛街。
樓下轉角就有超商，十分便利。
飯店樓下為餐廳，夜間會有較多人來此聚餐，出入還算安全。
飯店內很整潔，大廳提供各種備品如牙刷/保養品/髮圈等，相當便利，旅客可減少自己攜帶的行李。
大廳也提供多款品牌吹風機使用，只要登記即可於入住期間免費借用。

Cons:

連續入住多天，在房內遺失了一件日本品牌設計款的白色T恤，疑似在整理房間後被收走，通報櫃檯後，櫃檯人員相當有誠意的幫忙詢問，到退房前仍無法尋回，十分遺憾。

旅館與其他樓層或建築隔音較差，可以聽到附近KTV的歌聲與嘶吼傳到房內，也會聽到其他商業空間的聲音傳到房內，不是鬧鬼敬請安心。

Ein zweckmäßiger Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal und praktischer 24-Stunden-Rezeption in einer nachts sehr belebten
Pros:

In der Lobby standen viele nützliche Dinge kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Rezeption war rund um die Uhr besetzt, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt zentral und verkehrsgünstig, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt.

Cons:

Man sollte wissen, dass das Hotel in einem Vergnügungsviertel mit Angeboten für Erwachsene liegt und in der Umgebung nachts viel los ist.
