Nice place with awesome dinner.
The main hotel presents itself as a luxurious property, but our stay in the annex was a very different experience. The annex is in a separate building and felt quite dated and worn, lacking the comfort and atmosphere shown in the hotel's promotional photos. I also don't think it's made sufficiently clear during the booking process that the annex offers a noticeably different standard of accommodation.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was quite limited. We were just two women and didn't eat much, only a couple of sandwiches. When my friend wanted to take a croissant with her, a member of staff told her that taking food from the breakfast room was forbidden and made her leave it behind. I found this unnecessarily strict and rather ridiculous, especially considering it was a single croissant and you wouldn't give it to another person anyways when someone has carried it in their hands.

Great meal for dinner. Very nice staff.
Heerlijke welness, goede kamers met eigen badkamers en groot ook. Vriendelijk personeel. Behulpzaam en aardig. Het avondeten was echt ontzettend lekker, de cauliflower steak was echt het lekkerste wat we ooit gegeten hebben. Het eten was een groot hoogtepunt.
Bij het ontbijt was het teveel gevraagd om een nectarine mee te nemen, dat vonden we jammer.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt zum Wandern. Es gibt frisches Quellwasser im Zimmer und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Es war pikobello sauber und das Essen war vorzüglich.
Die Passstraße wird ab 6 Uhr morgens etwas lauter.
The staff were exceptional. Very welcoming and helped us secure accommodation for our next night at a mountain refugio which we had been unable to get despite numerous e mails and phone calls. The location is amazing, beautiful and surprisingly quiet for somewhere on a main road. I would thoroughly recommend

We spent the night in the annex during Alta Via 2. Everything from the dinner (with proper vegetarian options), the bed to the breakfast was excellent. Staff are really friendly.

Oben auf dem Pass, sehr freundlicher Empfang und mega feines Essen. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren gut und die Lage auf dem Pass bestens geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen
