O experiență italiană veritabilă.
Pros:

Dacă vrei să petreci un sejur tipic italian în zona lacului Garda, Locanda Avanguardia e locul. E un hotel cu trattorie de familie, foarte curat, personal super prietenos și mâncare excelentă, cu ingrediente locale, inclusiv bere artizanală cu malț din regiune. Camerele sunt super curate, hotelul e renovat recent, este parcare privată în curte sau publică în piața din fața hotelului. Oamenii sunt foarte prietenoși și deschiși. Recomand cu căldură.

Wir haben das Hotel per Zufall entdeckt und wann sehr begeistert Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Hauptplatz. Das einchecken war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Das Haus eigene Restaurant ist hervorragend. Man kann unmittelbar vor dem Haus oder im Hof gratis parken Es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder

La posizione ottima per visitare le località nei dintorni, la camera pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata.
Parcheggio disponibile.
Abbiamo usufruito sia della colazione (salata) sia della cena e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Self check in. Torneremo.

Siamo arrivati alla Locanda Avanguardia alle 2 di notte, dopo un matrimonio, e purtroppo la camera che avevo prenotato era occupata da altri ospiti. Un disguido tutt’altro che piacevole, soprattutto a quell’ora.

Ma devo dire che ciò che è successo dopo ha completamente cambiato la nostra percezione dell’esperienza.

Il proprietario è arrivato sul posto in pochi minuti, si è scusato sinceramente, ha riconosciuto il proprio errore e si è subito dato da fare per trovare una soluzione alternativa. E non si è fermato lì: ci ha offerto il pernottamento e anche la colazione.

Gli errori possono capitare a tutti. Quello che fa davvero la differenza è il modo in cui si affrontano: riconoscerli, assumersene la responsabilità e cercare concretamente di rimediare.

Per me questa esperienza è stata particolarmente significativa, perché ho visto applicato ciò che per lavoro cerco di costruire ogni giorno: l'attenzione al cliente.
Un’esperienza non viene definita solo da ciò che succede, ma soprattutto da come ci si prende cura del cliente quando qualcosa non va.

E alla fine, più del disguido, ricorderemo proprio questo.

Grazie a Maurizio per la disponibilità, la tempestività e soprattutto per aver trasformato una situazione difficile in un gesto concreto di attenzione.

Très bien, nous recommandons !
Pros:

La procédure de Check in est très simple et très pratique. L’hôtel et la chambre étaient très propres avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons séjourné à l’aller et au retour de notre voyage en Croatie. Nous recommandons vivement pour une étape ou un séjour près du Lac de Garde. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien également.
