Läget var perfekt och fin service

Cons:

Vårt rum var väl ingen höjdare.
Kanske kul design för några men att stiga in i typ badrummet för att sedan ringla dig upp i en fallfärdig och knarrande spiraltrappa för att sedan hitta en superhärlig säng på rumsloftet. Nej inte någon favoritlösning.

Garten, Poolbereich, gemütliches Restaurant und grosszügige Zimmer

Cons:

Personal bemüht sich sehr, schafft es aber nicht Preis und 5 Sterne zu gerechtfertigten!
Roomservice vergisst Toilettenpapier und Room check am Abend! Erst nach zweimaligem Reminder wird nachgefüllt! Beim check in wird man 45m vergessen! Zimmer war bereit! Im Botsnico wird man gesetzt und vergessen 45 min! Flughafen transfer wird vergessen u f Flug fast verpasst, da Taxi im Stau! Pollreinung tagsüber während 6 Stunden!

Fantastisch hotel in hartje Palma
Pros:

Nog nooit eerder in zo’n luxe accommodatie gelogeerd. Bij aankomst konden we tegen een kleine meerprijs een upgrade krijgen. Prachtige ruime suite. De service is uitstekend en het personeel extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De handdoeken werden wel 3x per dag verwisselend, in de avond als we terugkwamen van eten was het bed weer opgemaakt etc. Ook mochten we een uur gebruik maken van de heerlijke privé wellness. Ook het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk en hebben ze een fijn zwembad.

The staff were so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming that any small inconveniences simply faded into the background. The service was consistently quick, friendly, and of the highest standard. Their team creates an atmosphere where you feel genuinely cared for, which made the stay feel special rather than just comfortable.

Cons:

Not much actually. There were few inconveniences here and there, but nothing that felt significant. Either they were quickly resolved, or the overall experience was that great that these were very easily overlooked.

Central location but quiet. Great staff

Cons:

It’s a combination of old school
Glamour but expect it to be a little rustic and curtains everywhere very clever use of space and smoke and mirrors not a great breakfast. Wouldn’t bother with it again but great cafes nearby so enjoy!
