Exceptional and will be back for sure
Pros:

The staff and service was exceptional. Nothing felt like a big ask, we were the centre of their attention and went the extra mile where they could. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with great facilities and rooms. It’s very much a 5-star hotel and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Sehr angenehm für drei Tage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in ausgezeichneter Lage am Rand der Altstadt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Der gepflegte Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett ausgesprochen bequem - ideal für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass sich das Hotel bereits vor unserer Anreise nach Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten erkundigt hat. Die Umsetzung vor Ort war jedoch etwas schwierig. Aufgrund einer Laktoseintoleranz wünschten wir laktosefreies Joghurt zum Frühstück für die Tochter. Am nächsten Morgen, ein Montag, war es auf die Wunschzeit 9:30 Uhr nicht verfügbar. Auch später nicht. Ich erinnerte am zweiten Abend wieder daran, es musste jeden Morgen erst organisiert werden, sodass wir regelmässig längere Zeit darauf warten mussten. Hier wäre eine bessere Vorbereitung und ein reibungsloserer Ablauf wünschenswert.

Special Hotel
Pros:

We have just returned from this beautiful hotel in Palma old town.
It was our 30th wedding anniversary while we were there and it was a really special place in which to spend this special occasion.

The staff were all so lovely and could not do enough for us. Thank you for the flowers,chocolates and cava in our room,very nice touch.

We stayed in the sky suite and even though it was a little expensive, it was perfect with it's own hot tub and huge terrace. We spent our full days up there just relaxing.

The bar area and spa were great and the garden area was truly beautiful.

If I was to have any complaints it would be that we thought the air con could have been a little stronger as it was very hot while we were there and we did have it at the lowest setting but it was not cool enough in our room. Also I have had better breakfasts and food in other 5 star hotels and the burgers etc were very overpriced.

Would I return ? Yes I can't wait.

Tolles Hotel mit unglaublich viel Charm, mitten in Palma
Pros:

Wunderschöner Garten, tolles Frühstück, tolle Suite, sehr zuvorkommendes angenehmes Personal. Und das alles mitten in Palma, zentraler geht es fast nicht.
