ביקור באחת הערים היפות, המלון יושב במרכז כיכר וארצלב, עם רוף טופ ונוף על כל העיר, שלל מסעדות וחנויות מותגים, בנרכז של הכל מהכל, זארה, פרימארק, חצי פרייס, boss, רולקס, 2 ספואה ענקיות, ועוד. יחס העובדים היה מעולה, נעים ומקבל פנים, אחמד האחד והיחיד שדובר עברית ומקל על השהות בהסברים והמלצות, עוד בטרם הגעתם הוא ייפנה אליכם .
ארוחת הבוקר מבחינתינו ענתה על הציפיות, חדרים מעולים ומאד מתקדמים(כמו חימום אסלה וחדר חכם.
אנשים נעימים, חמים ומאד חמים כלפי ישראלים.

We'll definitely stay at this hotel again in Prague.
Pros:

A nice hotel, very pleasant and friendly staff, a good variety of breakfast options, and clean linens.
The breakfast is very varied, offering something tasty for everyone, and the hotel restaurant is generally very good.
It's nice that after 2:00 PM you can have tea or coffee and relax after exploring Prague with some light snacks.
The hotel staff is simply amazing! They are true professionals. I'd especially like to mention Susanna and Ahmad. It was such a pleasure to interact with them, who were always ready to help in any situation with a smile on their faces. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again in Prague.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, it's a lie. The room service is very bad, during breakfast the hotel's unwashed workers who smelled were taking the food directly from the pot by hand, in short, this hotel is a 3 star hotel at most.

Would definitely go back.
Pros:

Location to Old Town is perfect.
Staff is amazing.
Breakfast really good.
Love the free coffee and latte at all times.
Free Tapas everyday 2-4 pm.

Cons:

We loved staying at the property.
Only downfall was the noise from other rooms, not very soundproof.

OTTIMO FORMAT PER CHI E' IN CERCA DI AMBIENTE MODERNO E PRATICO

Siamo arrivati la mattina ore 8,30 per lasciare il bagaglio ed il personale ci ha invitati a sederci per la colazione! Anche quando siamo partiti (ore 18,00) ci hanno offerto qualcosa da bere. e noi abbiamo apprezzato questi gesti di accoglienza ed educazione. Da li tutto a crescere...la stanza colto particolare ma in linea con quanto osservato nelle foto e letto nelle descrizioni.
COLAZIONE ECCELLENTE, OTTIMA LOCATION (meglio di così non si poteva). Se torniamo a Praga senza dubbio prenoterò in qs struttura
