Enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast was varied for all tastes and nationalities. The location was excellent and the staff were outstanding.

Cons:

Odd little niggles with the room/s but staff willing to sort themselves where possible, or with technicians.

הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת במלון, ואנחנו ממליצים עליו מכל הלב.המיקום מושלם בלב כיכר ואצלב בפראג, במרחק הליכה מכל האטרקציות המרכזיות, המסעדות והחנויות.כבר מהרגע שהגענו קיבלו אותנו בחיוך ובחום, וכל הצוות היה אדיב, מקצועי וקשוב לכל בקשה או צורך שלנו לאורך כל השהות. יחס השירות היה יוצא דופן. תודה מיוחדת לסוזאנה ולאחמד, שהעניקו לנו שירות אישי, לבבי ומעל ומעבר לציפיות.

החדר היה מעוצב בסגנון אורבני מודרני, בטוב טעם, מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, נוח ונעים מאוד.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, מגוונת וטעימה, ובנוסף אהבנו במיוחד את הפינוק של כיבוד ושתייה הזמינים לאורחי המלון לאורך היום – מחווה קטנה שעושה הבדל גדול. יתרון נוסף וחשוב במיוחד למי שמגיע עם רכב הוא שהמלון מציע חניה לאורחים במרחק הליכה קצר. אמנם החניה בתשלום, אך עצם הזמינות שלה במרכז פראג היא יתרון משמעותי.שילוב מנצח של מיקום מעולה, שירות יוצא דופן, חדרים מעוצבים, מתקנים מצוינים ואווירה נהדרת. אין ספק שנשמח לחזור לכאן בביקור הבא שלנו בפראג

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The ladies at the reception were very patient and helpful, i believe ours was named Ms. Rauan. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet and the snacks were also nice.

There was no hair conditioner

השירות היה מצוין, בייחוד מאחמד שנענה לכל בקשה ושאלה שהייתה לנו. המיקום מצוין ממש! ממש על השדרה הראשית של כל החנויות.

יש במלון את אחמד דובר עברית שדאג לנו להכל עוד לפני שהגענו בכלל לפראג גם דאג למונית מראש שתאסוף אותנו מהשדה
