Great getaway place
Pros:

Great location on the lake coast; therefore, there is a beach dedicated to the hotel. Also, there are two pools (indoor and outdoor). We used only the indoor pool due to the weather conditions.
Breakfast was really good, offering a wide variety of choices and delicious food.
The room was spacious and perfectly clean, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Even though the staff was generally welcoming and kind, the receptionist seemed to struggle with certain matters related to the hotel facilities, and we had to insist to get what was advertised on the site. It ended up well; however, it was rather disappointing at first impression.

I had a wonderful stay and was extremely satisfied with every aspect of the experience. The staff were truly exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, always making me feel well cared for. We also thoroughly enjoyed the massage treatments, spa, sauna, and restaurant. The wine expert was very knowledgeable about the local wines and provided excellent recommendations. Although they did not have a cognac when I asked for one, I was introduced to a Poire au Cognac instead, which was an excellent discovery. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

Tolle Lage direkt am See. Der Waldweg zum Bad ganz toll. Kostenlose Parkplätze und Verleih von Fahrrädern und Tretbooten. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Schwimmbad und Whirlpool am Abend haben wir genossen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Lokalita, čistota pokojů, vstřícný personál

Cons:

Ve 4 ráno pod pokojem naváželi prádlo z prádelny a dělali u toho teda rachot. V restauraci bych za tu cenu steaku čekal, že když objednam rare tak dostanu rare a ne well done.

Pros:

Velmi čistý a udržovaný hotel. Check-in proběhl rychle. Využili jsme nabídku a zdarma si půjčili sportovní vybavení - hoteloví hosté mají 4 hod gratis. Hned od hotelu vedou stezky, vhodné k procházkám po okolí. Nedaleko je vlakové nádraží, kdo nechce podnikat výlety autem, nabízí se skvělá možnost kombinace s vlakem.
Dcera ocenila po venkovním prostoru roztroušené roztomilé postavičky Dubánků.

Cons:

Bohužel jsme měli sousedy, kteří na sebe neustále řvali, nejdříve dlouho do noci a pak hned zase časně zrána. Ale za to hotel nemůže.
