Location is good and it was very quiet in our 9th floor room.
The water pressure was terrible and we couldn’t take showers in the morning. Luckily we were just staying one night.

Very central to main attractions, streets & places to eat.
It is so small, which I knew from the booking but you have nowhere to store your belongings. The carpet was stained. You’re unable to open a window so it is just recycled aircon which isn’t ideal. One side of the bed is up against a wall so very little room to move. I only stayed here for 2 nights thankfully but it was not worth the money. The room is not cleaned between days, you have to request fresh linen if you want.
Lovely comfortable and considered space. I had a window view over Charring Cross Rd which was well soundproofed. The bed was really comfortable Very convenient for Leicester Square & surrounding area.
As for the rabbits... well those are just the icing on the cake!.
Reception area felt a little dark and intimidating... but you're only in it to check in. I suggest more pink rabbits.

-Er was geen rooftop bar, hier werd wel mee geadverteerd. Dat is eigenlijk echt oplichterij. -Baggage bewaren kost £15 per item.
-Ze doen niet aan schoonmaak, alleen op request een kleine touch-up.
-Er was geen koelkastje.
Staff was very helpful and kind
There is no tv in the room. You cannot open window . If you want to leave your luggage , they charge you 15 pounds. Room was ok a bit small.
Location was Amazing, room was a comfortable for a short stay size.
for the pricepoint, the amenities in the room should have been much better - the water pressure in the shower was woeful and the shower heads were ridiculous.

Location was perfect
Carpet in bedroom was wet and as soon as you opened the door the go into the room it had an awful damp smell. Also grill for AC on the wall was hanging off
