Die Lage man ist wirklich mitten in London. Sehr freundliches personal, tolles Rooftop. Man hat alles was man braucht.
Das Licht im Bad war leider defekt so konnte man sich kaum im spiegel sehen.

Nothing except its position and the staff
No phone, no TV,no wardrobe, side table on one side only,toilet too close to bathroom door.

Chambre pas trop petite et ensemble correct.
Situé juste á côtè de Chinatown, du métro et quartier avec pub et resto.

The location is great. So close to a few train stations and to Trafalgar Square. The room was no frills but clean and basic.
With the exception of one front desk staff member named Gary (he seemed maybe new) none of The staff were friendly or engaging. They should be greeting guests when they arrive and leave. But most times they were busy talking to each other about work and didn’t make eye contact. Gary on the other hand was friendly and greeted guests but we only encountered him as we checked out. I wish we would have had a tea kettle. And while the room has great noise cancelling from the outside, There also appeared to have a water line that ran through mirror and was incredibly loud. It Sounded like someone was in the shower upstairs all night long. It was strange. Second floor.
