Très bien situé et confortable, mais une gestion décevante des imprévus qui laisse un goût amer au séjour.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment très bien, et la literie était très confortable.

Cons:

En raison d’un problème de climatisation, nous avons dû passer notre première nuit dans une chambre plus petite et sans fenêtre. Le lendemain, nous avons pu changer de chambre, mais cela nous a obligés à redéposer nos bagages à la réception, puis à les récupérer à notre retour dans la journée. Cela a entraîné de l’attente à la réception et une perte de temps pendant notre séjour.

Un problème de climatisation peut évidemment arriver, cela peut se comprendre. En revanche, le fait que l’hôtel n’ait proposé aucun geste commercial ou aucune compensation pour les désagréments occasionnés est vraiment regrettable et peu respectueux envers la clientèle.

Court mais efficace!
Pros:

L'emplacement. En plein milieu du centre ville, à côté de tout: Oxford Street, Picadilly, Covent Garden, Big Ben et j'en passe.
Le personnel est adorable et fait l'effort de parler un peu français s'ils voient qu'on galère mdr
Adorable vraiment!

Cons:

J'ai été décue par la vue.
Lors de la réservation, les photos montraient une vue sur la London Eye.
Comme c'était un cadeau pour ma maman, j'ai été décue de voir que nous avions une vue sur le mur du batiment en face, car au 2ème étage.
Fort dommage!

Personal muy agradable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Ubicación muy buena, a 2 min de las principales atracciones, metro a menos de 1 min, habitaciones y baño limpio

Tetszett a központi elhelyezkedés. A reggeli is finom volt, jó helyen. A személyzet segítőkész volt.

Cons:

Nem lehet kinyitni az ablakot. A légkondiból nagyon tömény aromájú illat szűrődött, nehéz volt levegőt kapni. Az ágyon levő bőrszíj díszek, a bőr nyakörves rózsaszín nyúl a sarokban, a lila neon fények és az illat érdekes benyomást keltett bennünk az első napon, de aztán láttunk ott más gyerekes családot is...

Pros:

Perfekte Lage, um im Hotspot von London zu sein.
Trotzdem ruhiges Zimmer. U-Bahn fährt vom Flughafen Heathrow direkt hin.
Sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, aber in London nichts anderes erwartet.

Een schitterende locatie, maar minimum comfort en zeer duur.

De locatie is het grootste pluspunt aan dit hotel.

Cons:

Als betalende gast £15 moeten betalen, per item, dat je in het bagagedepot wil achterlaten, vind ik overdreven. Er werd ons bij het inchecken geen uitleg gegeven over de roomservice. Dit moest je blijkbaar vragen aan de receptie en dat hing op een papier in de lift. Misschien is het een idee om dit ook in de kamer te leggen. Kamers zijn bijzonder klein, er is zelfs geen stoel aanwezig. Het ontbijt is niet meer ter plaatse, maar enkele huizen verder. Vorig jaar was dit nog op het dakterras met een schitterend uitzicht op London.

Super centrale, a due passi dalla metro, staff giovane e disponibile, camere nuove e pulite, se vuoi cambio asciugamani o pulizia giornaliera lo devi chiedere, non lo fanno in automatico. Se si sceglie l'opzione colazione, vi mandano in un vicino albergo perché il ristorante al roof top è chiuso..

Angenehm und spontan
Pros:

Die Lage war unglaublich perfekt!! Sowie auch das Personal sehr freundlich und dynamisch. Eine 10/10. Das Bett war gemütlich und es war nie Laut.

Cons:

Es hatte keinen Wasserkocher (ich war krank), ebenfalls keinen Safe für Wertsachen. Das Fenster konnte man leider nicht öffnen zum Lüften.
