Estadia perfeita e altamente recomendável para a familia.
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente, com muitas opções de comida fresca e muito bem feita . O quarto era aconhegante e tudo funcionando bem . A localização é ótima .

Cons:

O hotel tem um problema quanto ao embarque e desembarque , que não existe atualmente e com isso temos de parar na via principal atrapalhando o trânsito de ônibus e colocando nossa vida em risco . Além disso há cobrança de estacionamento o que não foi previamente avisado

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt und wenig familienfreundlich

Die Lage des Hotels war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und der Innenhof ganz schön.

Cons:

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem zweijährigen Kind und einem neugeborenen Baby unterwegs. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns überraschend mitgeteilt, dass wir wegen der Anzahl der Personen ein weiteres Zimmer buchen müssten. Dabei sollte das Baby bei uns im Bett schlafen und das zweijährige Kind das angefragte Babybett nutzen. Trotzdem wurde keine flexible oder familienfreundliche Lösung angeboten.

Besonders unangenehm war der Umgang an der Rezeption. Die Mitarbeitenden wirkten unfreundlich, herablassend und wenig hilfsbereit. Auch die allgemeine Atmosphäre im Hotel empfanden wir als unpersönlich. Durch die ständige Kommunikation des Personals über Headsets und das anschließende auflauern durch Hotelpersonal fühlten wir uns eher kontrolliert als willkommen.

Das Frühstück war sehr voll und hektisch. Die Zimmer waren äußerst schlicht ausgestattet und wirkten eher wie ein besseres Hostel. Steckdosen und Lichtschalter direkt am Bett fehlten ebenfalls. Insgesamt haben wir uns während des Aufenthalts leider nicht wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht empfehlen.

Wir reisten als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem zweijährigen Kind und einem neugeborenen Baby an. Obwohl wir ein Babybett angefragt hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir wegen der vier Personen ein zusätzliches Zimmer buchen müssten. Unsere Erklärung, dass das Neugeborene bei uns im Bett und das zweijährige Kind im Babybett schlafen würde, wurde nicht akzeptiert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war dabei sehr unfreundlich, überheblich und nicht an einer gemeinsamen Lösung interessiert.

Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel war unangenehm. Das Personal kommunizierte ständig über Headsets, wodurch wir uns eher beobachtet als willkommen fühlten. Beim Frühstück war es komplett überfüllt und sehr unruhig.

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet und erinnern eher an ein besseres Hostel. Am Bett gab es weder Steckdosen noch einen Lichtschalter, um das Licht bequem auszuschalten. Insgesamt haben wir uns in diesem Hotel leider überhaupt nicht wohl oder willkommen gefühlt.

Infelizmente o check in só as 15 hs. deveria fazer pelo menos as 14 hs. Daqui a pouco a diaria vai ter apenas 20 horas

Cons:

O meu quarto era para frente do jardim. A noite a musica ao vivo era ao lado do meiu quarto,inviabilizando qualquer descanso neste periodo.
