Pros:

Very clean. We had a lovely balcony. Bed very comfortable, nice to have a kitchen with cooking and refrigeration facilities and there was a fan since the weather was extremely hot.

Cons:

All good but air conditioning would have been appreciated in the extreme heat

Great location, just five minutes from the main train station.

Cons:

Unfortunately the staff were not responsive. I had to check in a day late as I was headed to a conference in another city--and they knew this, because they messaged me about it--but they changed the access code to my key box so it was a long time before I could get into my room. The bathroom is also very poorly designed, with no sink and a gap of nearly a foot under the door. Because the shower door didn't close properly, this meant water ended up on the floor every time I had a shower and leaked into my room. I would certainly not atay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Prima verblijf voor een nacht
Pros:

Kamer was groter dan verwacht, inclusief balkon. Heel netjes en op top locatie naast station in Leuven. De kamer was al eerder klaar dan verwacht waardoor we eerder konden inchecken. Geboekt voor een nachtje in verband met Rock Werchter.

Cons:

De communicatie voor aankomst verliep beetje stroef. Op sommige vragen kreeg ik meermaals de zelfde standaard reactie. Op mijn vraag of er een parkeerplaats beschikbaar was, is nooit gereageerd.

La ubicación, esta muy cerca de la estacion de tren.

Cons:

Estuvimos sin electricidad durante toda la tarde y toda la noche, al igual que el resto de los huéspedes. Sin embargo, la electricidad sí funcionaba en los pasillos y en el ascensor. Nos comunicamos con el alojamiento por mensajería, pero no solucionaron el problema ni nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. Todo esto ocurrió, además, en plena ola de calor.

服務態度差勁，設備糟糕，電梯按鈕只有一樓能按，本來已經狹窄的電梯裡還堆了雜物，床單沒有洗乾淨，我全身被蟲咬
